The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Friday, June 10 – Nick Crashes & Burns – Victor’s Sting of Defeat – Elena Schools Imani

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, June 10, tease that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will crash and burn while Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) feels the sting of defeat. Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) will also keep Imani Benedict (Leigh-Ann Rose) in line, so there’ll be some tense moments happening on Y&R.

First, Nick will reach out to Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) again and hope he can make her see the light.

Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) urged Nick to shift tactics and let Victoria know she could come to him no matter what – even if she’s embarrassed and needs an exit strategy down the road.

Of course, Nick may not be able to resist dragging Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) and pushing Victoria to break free from him once more.

It’s just not in Nick’s nature to let something like this go.

However, Sharon’s idea doesn’t seem like a great plan either. If Nick implies that Victoria is going to come crawling back in misery, she’s going to lash out over that, too.

Victoria won’t budge from her stance regarding Ashland anyway, so there’s nothing Nick could say or do to change her mind.

Any last-ditch maneuver is going to crash and burn, so Nick will be out of luck.

The same goes for Victor, so he’ll make a difficult choice along with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott).

That may involve accepting defeat for now and admitting the future of Newman Enterprises no longer belongs in Victoria’s hands.

Victor will never give up on pulling Victoria away from Ashland and making her part of the family again, but perhaps the ship has sailed as far as the CEO seat goes.

Since Victor is set to make a stunning announcement during the week of June 13-17, that could mean Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will get his chance to shine. It all depends on what exactly Victor and Nikki decide!

Over with Devon Hamilton (Bryton James), he’ll look forward to a new chapter following the merger.

This has been an adjustment period since Devon isn’t used to sharing power and listening to other opinions, but he’ll keep trying to work on that.

As for Elena, she’ll want to keep Imani from crossing the line with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic).

Elena is clearly more concerned than she’s letting on – and maybe she should be considering just how flirty Imani has been with Nate!

Although Elena will watch Imani and try to block her from becoming real competition, that may be beyond her control.

A lot depends on Nate and any attraction that might grow as this story moves along.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Imani will continue to be quite the troublemaker, so stick with the CBS soap.

CDL will have tons of other great Young and the Restless spoilers, news and updates, so check back often.
