The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will have a money offer for Jeremy Stark (James Hyde), so he’ll try to buy Diane Jenkins’ (Susan Walters) way out of trouble.
After Jack catches Jeremy with Diane at the Abbott house, there’ll be a second incident at Jabot.
Jack will grow concerned at the sight of Diane with Jeremy again and will know this guy’s up to no good.
Y&R spoilers say Jack will threaten to have Jeremy escorted out by security, but Jeremy will insist on sticking around.
According to Jeremy, he won’t have any hard feelings over the past.
Jeremy will admit to using Diane for selfish gain, so he’ll act like he doesn’t blame her – even if she did turn him in and lead to his arrest.
That said, Jeremy will hint about a financial matter that still needs to be settled.
Of course, Jack will take that to mean Jeremy is looking for a big payday.
It’ll seem like Jeremy is willing to leave Diane and her loved ones alone for a price, so Jack will decide to make him an offer.
Jack will wonder how much it’s going to take to convince Jeremy to leave Genoa City, so he’ll basically present a blank check.
Unfortunately, it’ll become clear that Jeremy won’t make it that simple.
Jeremy’s motives are complex and will involve more than what’s in Jack’s bank account.
It’s possible Jeremy will want Diane as part of the deal if he genuinely had feelings for her.
Jeremy may also have more criminal behavior in mind that he wants Diane to be part of.
We’re certainly not buying the idea that Jeremy is fully rehabilitated, so he could drag Diane into some other shady schemes.
There’s even a chance Jeremy lost track of something specific when he went to prison.
This financial matter that Jeremy is alluding to could involve something like a stolen piece of art or something else of great value to Jeremy.
Regardless, it sounds like Jeremy will turn down Jack’s offer or at least insist he’s going to need more than just quick cash to leave town.
