The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will want revenge on Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and could target Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) ex after the Chancellor-Winters takeover moves forward.
There’s no guarantee Victoria’s sneaky power play will be successful, but the fact that she’s trying it will be enough to enrage Lily.
However, we should at least consider the possibility that Victoria will prove victorious as usual and end up as Chancellor-Winters’ majority stakeholder.
Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) is the one betraying his family by taking inside info to Victoria and plotting to become Chancellor-Winters’ CEO.
Even so, Victoria knows exactly what she’s doing and certainly isn’t blameless in all of this.
Since Victoria and Lily recently had their girl power moment where they congratulated each other, that was likely setting the stage for their epic rivalry.
Lily has always had issues with Billy and Victoria’s relationship, so this will just build on any animosity Lily’s tried to bottle up.
Billy constantly feels the need to come to Victoria’s rescue when she’s busy pulling off coups like this!
Lily may think this is proof that Victoria needs to be taken down a notch instead of rescued like some damsel in distress.
Even if Victoria becomes the majority stakeholder like she has in mind, Lily might be able to undo the damage.
Between Nate’s inside info and other legal loopholes, Lily might be able to derail Victoria’s deal in a big way.
Lily could even team up with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) if she blows things at Marchetti and wants to run the hotel again.
If Phyllis helps Lily steal back control of Chancellor-Winters and get revenge on Victoria, Lily might promise to sell The Grand Phoenix back to her.
Phyllis is a pro when it comes to hacking, planting dirty evidence and just doing shady things overall.
Since Phyllis will do just about anything if she benefits somehow, Lily might be wise to use her as an ally.
Regardless, Lily will fume when she discovers Victoria’s ruthless move – and that means the war will be on!
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Victoria will kick off a major battle, so she’d better be prepared for Lily’s wrath.
