The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, April 11, tease that Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) will get some shocking news when Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) reveal their wedding date. Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) will also face a loyalty dilemma, so here’s what Y&R fans can expect.
At Crimson Lights, Sharon and Rey will prepare for a big announcement. Mariah and Tessa have finally nailed down when they want to get married, so they’ll pass along updates.
When Sharon hears May 13 is the date Tessa and Mariah have in mind, she’ll be stunned.
Sharon will assume that must be for next year, but Mariah and Tessa won’t want to wait that long.
They’ll plan to kick their wedding planning up a notch and make sure they’re ready for next month’s nuptials.
Rey may assure Sharon that they can all come together as a team and make it happen. Unfortunately, Rey feels rather excluded from that team sometimes.
Everyone tries to make Rey feel welcome, but he can’t help it if he still feels like an outsider.
That’s creating some distance between Rey and Sharon, which could play a role in the loyalty test that’s on the way.
Y&R spoilers say Rey will face some sort of dilemma related to his devotion.
That could be as simple as trusting Sharon enough to come clean about his true feelings – or perhaps something a bit riskier.
There’s a chance Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will pop up and provide some sort of temptation since she’s been growing closer to Rey.
Then again, this could involve some schedule conflict – like a special work assignment or family event back in Miami.
There could even be another trip that Rey has already promised Connor Newman (Judah Mackey).
Regardless, Sharon would surely expect Rey to put everything on hold for Mariah and Tessa’s wedding. If Rey doesn’t show loyalty to Sharon’s family here, maybe his lack of commitment is fueling his outsider problem.
Speaking of family, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will work to protect his own.
It looks like Allie Nguyen (Kelsey Wang) will admit to meeting with Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) again and leave Jack ready to confront his sneaky former flame.
Jack will want to set some firm rules with Diane, so he’ll get tough with her and perhaps once again declare his granddaughter off-limits.
The last thing Jack wants is for Diane to make a mess of Allie’s life and scare her off.
Of course, Diane’s focus will remain on reconnecting with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), but she obviously wouldn’t mind reconnecting with Jack, too.
That could become Diane’s next goal, but she’ll try to stick to Jack’s boundaries for now.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Diane’s back-from-the-dead shocker will spread to Genoa City soon, so stay tuned.
