The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, April 4, tease that Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will keep building their doomed bond while Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) reacts while under attack. Elena Dawson’s (Brytni Sarpy) plan will also be derailed, so let’s talk about the stunning moments ahead.
First, Chelsea will continue to feel connected to Rey, who truly listens and respects her.
The more time Chelsea and Rey spend together, the more drawn to him she becomes.
Chelsea can’t help but marvel over Rey’s capacity for forgiveness.
Chelsea feels like Rey understands her better than almost anyone, so their bond is something special in her eyes.
Rey is also drawn to Chelsea since she’s fun and unpredictable, so there’ll be more flying sparks on Monday’s episode.
Chelsea and Rey will seem like they’re on the verge of heading into romantic territory, but any real relationship they might’ve had is doomed!
Since Jordi Vilasuso is out at Y&R, there’ll be no future for Rey and Chelsea.
That means anyone rooting for “Chey” had better enjoy all these bonding scenes while they still can.
As for Ashland, he’ll definitely feel under attack when it comes to the Newman clan.
Ashland seemingly doesn’t realize Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) is playing him, so he’ll take a bold stand against her family and try to keep her on his side.
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) recently appointed Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) temporary CEO, so there’ll be more issues related to that decision.
Victoria will have to do some negotiating and will lay out a risky plan to the Newman inner circle during the week of April 4-8.
Speaking of plans, Elena will come up with one that goes awry.
Elena will have a surprise in store for Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic), but some snag will pop up that throws everything off.
