The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, December 19, tease that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will squeeze in some time together. Although Sally presumably won’t want to be anywhere near the Newman celebration, she’ll still hang out with Nick as they discuss Christmas plans.
Of course, Nick and Sally will look forward to seeing where the new year takes them.
This romance has brought some bumps in the road, but Nick remains intensely attracted to Sally and can’t deny their spark.
Other Y&R spoilers say Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will have a surprise in store for Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan), who’ll stand by her decision to attend the Newman gathering and get out in the world for a while.
However, Adam may suggest a detour since he’ll offer updates on an unexpected request.
Chelsea will get an invitation from Adam that catches her off guard, so maybe they’ll do something sweet with Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) and spread some holiday cheer.
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will also seem rather Grinch-like when he complains to Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) about Adam.
It’ll be a sensitive subject for Victor since he doesn’t appreciate the way Adam abandoned the family.
Although Victor will act like the ball’s in Adam’s court, Nikki may think he needs an attitude adjustment.
It’s not like Nikki is ever going to be Adam’s biggest fan, but she knows Victor won’t be truly happy until he’s on good terms with all his children.
Nikki might encourage Victor to put his pride aside and warm that somewhat cold heart of his.
In the spirit of Christmas, Victor might decide to be a little more welcoming to Adam and push for common ground with his son.
Whatever the case, Victor and Adam seem to be on the verge of a major breakthrough.
The tension may start to lift since Victor would genuinely like to see Adam embrace being a Newman again.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say this could mean excellent news for Adam and Victor’s fractured relationship, so let’s hope they can get back on track!
