The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Monday, February 14, teases that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will gloat to Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) after Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) sparks fly. Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) will also rescue Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) from a Valentine’s Day disaster, so let’s talk about Monday’s Y&R drama.
At Society, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will give Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) a pep talk as they acknowledge neither one of them is in a relationship on Valentine’s Day.
As Noah leaves to run an errand, Moses Winters (Jacob Aaron Gaines) will enter and turn to Nick for help finding the ideal Valentine’s Day gift for Faith.
Nick will recall the chess-piece charm bracelet that Moses gave Faith, which she loved. He’ll think that gift was personal and will wonder what Moses wants to say with this new gift.
Moses will want to show Faith she’s special and will eventually get some good inspiration from Nick.
After Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) talks to Sharon about Chance Chancellor’s (Conner Floyd) stakeout struggles, they’ll discuss how Rey won’t be home until late tonight.
Sharon will accept Rey’s Valentine’s Day presents now, but she’ll plan to stay up and celebrate with him later.
When Faith appears, she’ll have a meltdown over not having a Valentine’s Day gift for Moses.
Faith will panic since she’s running out of time to find something special, but Sharon will end up saving the day by guiding her daughter down the right path.
Later, Nick will meet up with Sharon and compare notes on the advice they gave the teens.
They’ll talk about when they were teenagers as well, so Nick will recall Sharon giving him a friendship bracelet once upon a time.
Nick will think it worked since they’re still friends to this day.
Since Moses and Faith both got each other Salute to Coltrane concert tickets, Sharon and Nick will be amused over having the same idea.
After Nick gives Sharon a high five and pulls her close for a side hug, Rey will appear nearby and give them a jealous glare.
As for Faith and Moses, they’ll reflect on Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John) introducing Moses to Coltrane albums and then discuss how Moses introduced those same albums to Faith.
There’ll be some adorable moments as they connect and celebrate.
At Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa Porter’s (Cait Fairbanks) place, they’ll get their Valentine’s Day celebration started early.
Tessa will set the romantic ambiance and start singing Mariah a song as a gift, but Noah will derail things with his arrival.
Noah will hope he’s not interrupting as Mariah lets him in.
Noah willl have a belated housewarming present, but he’ll suggest it can be for their engagement and decision to be parents, too.
Once Noah finally realizes he’s barged in on something amorous, he’ll want to bolt.
However, Mariah and Tessa will think Noah should at least stay to see their gift reaction. They’ll open a box containing Noah’s artistic representation of a cute “Teriah” photo.
After Tessa and Mariah hang up Noah’s latest masterpiece, they’ll thank him profusely.
Mariah will embrace her brother and try to convey her genuine gratitude over the gesture.
Noah will make his way to Crimson Lights, where he’ll frown after watching Moses and Faith together.
It’ll be obvious Noah’s feeling rather lonely on this Valentine’s Day.
Meanwhile, Tessa will get her song back on track. She’ll sing sweetly to Mariah about choosing her, so Mariah will cry before sharing a kiss with Tessa.
In Chelsea’s hotel room, she’ll tell Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) about nonjudgmental Rey and how great it’s been to talk to him.
Chloe will think things are looking up for them and will feel hopeful about Lauren Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) approving their proposal.
At Newman Media, Adam and Sally will finally let their intense passion explode.
They’ll heat things up in multiple office spots before crashing on the couch – and the whole experience will exceed their already high expectations.
Afterward, Sally and Adam will agree to just play it by ear from here. They’ll also head to Society for lunch, so they’ll end up running into Chelsea and Chloe.
Sally and Chelsea will make subtly catty comments to each other throughout the entire conversation.
Chelsea won’t be pleased over Sally’s new COO role, but she’ll plaster on a fake smile anyway.
Sally will hint about the sparks and energy at the office, so she’ll practically be gloating over what just happened.
This encounter certainly won’t be fun for Chelsea, but she’ll seem to make progress when it comes to ignoring Adam and Sally in the aftermath.
As for Sally, she’ll sit down with Adam as they prepare to enjoy their lunch.
Sally will let Adam know this has been the best Valentine’s Day ever, so things will be going well in their new romance.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Adam and Sally could face some other complications soon, but hopefully they can ride the waves together!
