The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, July 18, tease that a Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) takedown team will form as three huge threats combine. Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) will also face the jailhouse blues, but perhaps not for long!
Thanks to Diane’s cooperation and a little trickery, the police will take Ashland into custody for going against the restraining order.
Ashland will pay the price for trusting Diane to let him sneak a visit with Harrison Abbott (Kellen Enriquez).
Of course, Diane’s primary concern will be making sure her relationship with Kyle stays on solid ground.
Although Kyle will probably wish Diane had given him a heads-up about what she was doing, he may agree that Diane made the right call by helping to get Ashland arrested.
Kyle may hope this shows Ashland that they mean business and won’t tolerate this kind of behavior when it comes to Harrison.
After all the drama, Kyle should be glad Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) talked him into putting that restraining order in place.
As for Ashland, he’ll fume since Diane was the one of the only people thought he could count on.
Even Diane will be a dirty hypocrite in Ashland’s eyes, so Y&R spoilers say he’ll be mad at the world.
Ashland will sulk on his cot once he’s in lockup, but Victor will eventually show up to put him on full blast for all the pain he’s caused – especially to Victoria.
Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) may be Ashland’s last chance at getting revenge on the Newmans, but it looks like their twisted alliance will move forward and offer some hope.
Diane was no doubt hoping she could score points with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) since Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) acted like that might be a possibility.
Michael hinted that perhaps Nikki could be convinced to drop her Los Angeles investigation if Diane pitched on the Ashland plot.
However, Nikki will be as fired up as ever when it comes to taking Ashland down.
There’s nothing Diane could do to make up for the damage of the past, so Nikki will move forward with a new scheme to drive her enemy out of Genoa City.
Nikki and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) are on the same side for once, but they’ll soon find one more team player.
Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will agree to join forces with Phyllis and Nikki as they fight to push Diane out of the picture permanently.
Since Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will reel over Ashley’s upcoming move, he may not approve of whatever she’s got in store for Kyle’s redemption-seeking mother.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Diane had better stay on guard since threats will be coming from so many angles!
