The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Monday, June 13 Update – Victor’s Missing Adam Problem – Jack Rejects Diane’s Invitation

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Monday, June 13, teases that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will have a missing Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) problem while Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) rejects Diane Jenkins’ (Susan Walters) invitation.

For starters, the Chancellor-Winters team will meet right before the launch party begins.

Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), Devon Hamilton (Bryton James), Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan), Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and Imani Benedict (Leigh-Ann Rose) will all be on hand to celebrate.

When Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) shows up with Jill Abbott (Jess Walton), she’ll insist she wouldn’t miss this bash for the world.

There’ll be some speeches and toasts to this merger’s success, but Billy will seem rather distant – like he’s once again feeling like an outsider due to all the family mentions.

Once Jack arrives, he’ll congratulate the gang and face a shocker.

Billy will explain that Victoria forgave Ashland and left Genoa City with him, so Jack will be thrown for a loop.

Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) will be buzzing around coordinating the event since Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is still out of town.

Jack will get updates on Abby’s job substituting for the evening, but Abby will admit it’s a piece of cake since Phyllis and the Chancellor-Winters team did all the prep work.

After Jack has a flashback of ripping into Phyllis and ending their romance, he’ll look pensive.

Over with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), she’ll remind Victor that they have to concentrate on Chancellor-Winters for the evening.

Victor will indeed want to celebrate Lily and Devon’s accomplishments, but he’ll want to track down Adam for the CEO announcement, too.

Unfortunately, Victor will struggle to reach Adam over the phone. That’ll leave Victor frustrated as he wonders “where the hell” Adam is.

Victor will text Adam to get over to the bash since this is important, but Adam will finally reply that something came up.

That’ll delay Adam’s arrival and leave Victor a bit miffed.

As for Amanda, she’ll lay it on a little thick when she spots Imani with Giancarlo (Antoine Grant), who’ll be her date for the party.

Amanda will seem glad Imani is flirting with someone besides Nate, but Imani won’t like the way her sister’s acting.

Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) will make a brief appearance at the gathering, but he’ll end up leaving due to a break in one of Rey Rosales’ (Jordi Vilasuso) cases.

Abby will support Chance’s work and assure Jill that she’s fine with him pursuing justice rather than a role in the family business.

During an interview with a reporter, Nate will open up about the accident that forced him to step away from being a surgeon.

If it weren’t for that accident, Nate never would’ve ended up in the business arena.

Devon will eavesdrop on Nate’s interview and remember he was responsible for Nate’s injured hand, so some guilt will seemingly rush back.

After Jack, Nikki and Victor talk about Victoria taking Ashland back, Nikki will rant about Diane.

Jack will insist it was Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) decision for his mother to stick around, but Nikki still won’t like it.

Of course, Nikki will like it even less when Diane crashes the party – though Diane will claim her blunder was completely inadvertent.

Jack will prevent Nikki from causing too much of a scene and doubt Diane’s claims about hitting the spa at The Grand Phoenix.

Diane will be dressed awfully nice for an evening at the spa, but Diane will insist that’s because she was going to have dinner at Society afterward.

Although Diane will invite Jack to join her and talk about how things are going with Kyle, he’ll turn down that invite.

Billy will stand by his support for Diane and her fresh start, but he’ll give her a subtle nudge to leave.

Diane will take the hint, but she’ll clash with Victor briefly as she saunters by – leaving Victor to wonder if he was really ever married to that woman!

Nikki will continue to fume over Diane, but she’ll also take a moment to speak with Billy.

Despite Nikki’s hope that Billy can convince Victoria to stay, Billy will confess that his efforts failed.

After Nate mentions Abby’s business experience at Newman Enterprises, he’ll wonder what she thinks about Devon’s broad overview approach.

Nate will think that’s going to leave the public confused and will feel like it’d be better to get into specifics tonight.

Abby will understand Nate’s perspective, but she’ll defend Devon as someone who’s been doing this a long time and knows what he’s doing.

As far as Abby’s concerned, Devon’s decision has to stand.

Imani will watch that interaction before cornering Nate alone with her own opinion.

After Imani urges Nate to wow the crowd and go all the way instead, he’ll decide to go with his instincts.

At the coffeehouse, Chance will reflect on his goal of closing Rey’s remaining cases and will await a search warrant call with another cop (Tremayne Norris).

The judge will sign off eventually, so they’ll be ready to roll on arresting the perp.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Chance will keep working to honor Rey’s memory by finishing his work at the GCPD, so stay tuned.
