The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers recap for Monday, October 10, reveals that Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) will get a deadly Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) warning while Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) fast-tracks going public. Here’s how all Monday’s Y&R action will play out.
At the Abbott house, Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will arrive and get updates on Tucker’s return to Genoa City.
Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will urge Ashley to steer clear of Tucker, but she’ll be curious about his true agenda and will think it goes beyond wanting her back.
Ashley will suspect there’s a Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) connection and will suggest stranger things have happened than enemies becoming allies.
Since Ashley will insist on meeting with Tucker, Jack will decide there’s no changing her mind and wish her luck.
At Jabot, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will ask Diane why she thinks Tucker would give a Bentley to Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier).
Diane will point out that Tucker already said it was because John Abbott (Jerry Douglas) had one.
As for Diane, she’ll contend that a Bentley is way out of her league – that she’s never driven one and never will.
Phyllis will suggest that Summer and Kyle would let Diane take theirs for a spin, but Diane will act offended over Phyllis implying that she’d use her son for a car or money.
However, Phyllis will claim she was just making civil conversation about something banal. Once Diane apologizes for overreacting, she’ll make herself scarce.
Soon after, Phyllis will look at the Bentley pic from LA on her tablet and insist it’s just a matter of time until Diane’s lies blow up in her face.
At Society, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will tell Tucker that he should know something if he’s sticking around.
The Newmans dealt with their Ashland problem, so Nikki will mention that and contend that he’d probably be alive today if he’d left them alone.
Tucker will seem amused as he considers himself warned. Once Diane appears, Tucker will invite her over to their table and talk about his near-death experience.
When Tucker commends Diane on the inroads she’s made, Nikki will find that suspicious since he’s only been back in town a couple days.
Tucker will note that Diane must’ve made progress since she was at Kyle and Summer’s vow renewal.
After Tucker asks for second chance tips, Diane won’t see why she should help him and will pretend they haven’t spoken in years.
Nikki will suggest that considering how morally flexible Diane and Tucker both are, they might bond over all kinds of shady things.
Diane will eventually decide she won’t stick around and defend herself any longer, so she’ll grab her to-go order and leave. Moments later, Tucker will get a text from Ashley and learn she’s at home, so he’ll take off, too.
At Crimson Lights, Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) will run into Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) again and let him know she’s sorry for how things fell apart in London.
Audra will insist she meant what she said at the club and will note that Noah’s new friend is very cute.
Noah will call Audra out for trying to belittle Allie Nguyen (Kelsey Wang) and will refuse to let his ex-girlfriend disparage her.
Audra will be impressed over how Noah comes to Allie’s defense and push Noah to admit their own relationship wasn’t all bad.
Noah will insist it was bad enough to end it, so he’ll urge Audra to keep her distance and just let him enjoy the happiness he’s found.
In the park, Nate will give Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) the scoop on what Audra is like before talk turns to Tucker.
Victoria will think she should sit down with Tucker to figure out his intentions – though she obviously won’t plan to show her hand.
At Chancellor-Winters, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will admit he did some digging into recent actions at McCall Unlimited.
It turns out Tucker has been on a selling spree, so he’s divested of several acquisitions and has been increasing his cash reserves.
That’ll raise suspicions due to the timing of the imminent IPO launch.
Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) won’t know what to think since Tucker seemed sincere about wanting to reconnect him and spend time with Dominic Newman-Abbott-Winters-Chancellor (Rainn and River Ware).
Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will argue that Tucker can do that and still sniff out a business opportunity.
The smart thing to do will be for everyone at Chancellor-Winters to keep an eye on Tucker moving forward.
While they’re waiting on Audra, Devon will suggest he’s surprised she didn’t show up with Nate since they’re joined at the hip lately.
Nate will think that’s an exaggeration, but Devon will hint that Nate might want to cut back on work and use that time to work things out with Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy).
After Audra joins the meeting, Lily will note that it’s come to their attention that someone is taking advantage of the stock offering with the goal of obtaining controlling interest.
There’ll be talk about how important it is to maintain confidentiality before Tucker’s name comes up.
Devon will wonder if they should pump the brakes until they know more, but Nate will suggest accelerating the timeline to throw Tucker off his game.
Audra will agree to see what she can do about that, but Devon will seem a bit uneasy.
Lily will note that they can’t let their guard down, so Nate will echo the idea about constant vigilance.
At Crimson Lights later, Devon will have coffee with Audra and note that he wanted to get to know her better outside the office like Nate.
Audra will sense there’s a problem between the cousins and will think she’s skilled at reading people.
As for Billy, he won’t seem enthusiastic when Lily asks him to stay on top of the Tucker lead. Billy will ultimately confess that it’s getting harder to fit into this corporate world and pretend it’ll ever fulfill him.
After Lily processes Billy’s admission, she’ll wonder what path would feel right. Billy will simply suggest that he wishes he knew.
In the park, Nate will call Victoria to let her know their Tucker concerns were legit.
Since Chancellor-Winters may be going public sooner, Nate will push Victoria to be ready to move faster than they originally planned.
Elena will catch the end of that phone conversation and urge Nate to hear her out.
That’ll lead to Elena shifting her strategy and pushing Nate to see that Victoria could let him go without a second thought when this is all over.
Elena will question if betraying Devon and Lily is really worth the potential downside.
At Jabot again, Jack will grumble to Phyllis about Tucker thinking he can just ask forgiveness and get Ashley back.
Phyllis won’t have much to say since she’ll always hang onto hope that forgiveness is possible.
Back at the Abbott house, Tucker will show up and insist that Ashley hasn’t changed a bit.
After Tucker admits he’s missed Ashley and dreamed of this day for a long time, she’ll push him to spare her the compliments and pretty speeches.
Ashley will just want to know why Tucker is really there.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Ashley will use Tucker’s feelings to her advantage soon, so stay tuned!
