The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Monday, October 31 Recap – Billy Grabs Chelsea Off the Ledge, Prevents Tragic Outcome

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers recap for Monday, October 31, reveals that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will grab Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) off the ledge and prevent a tragic outcome, so here’s what fans can expect.

At The Glam Club, Billy won’t be able to keep his mind on dancing with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) since Chelsea looked upset when she left.

It’ll lead Billy to the conclusion that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) must’ve said something to upset Chelsea.

Lily will get annoyed and hope that Billy isn’t going to spend his free time meddling in other people’s lives.

Now that Billy is stepping away from Chancellor-Winters, Y&R spoilers say Lily will warn against that pattern.

Once Billy realizes Chelsea might be on the roof, he’ll decide to go check on her.

Lily will tell Adam about Billy assuming the worst of him, but Adam will insist he was having a positive conversation with Chelsea about getting help.

On the rooftop, Chelsea’s mind will race with more negative thoughts. After Chelsea steps on the ledge, Billy will show up and try to convince her to come down.

Chelsea won’t want to talk and will urge Billy to just leave her alone.

However, Billy will insist it’s cold and offer his jacket as a way of trying to pull Chelsea back toward him.

Chelsea won’t take the jacket, so Billy will eventually get up on the ledge beside her.

After Chelsea admits it hurts every time she wakes up, she’ll add that she doesn’t want to wake up anymore.

Chelsea will suggest that maybe she’s not meant for this world, so Billy will thank her for opening up.

Although Billy will remind Chelsea of all the people who love and need her – especially Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) – Chelsea will cry over her mistakes and feel like everyone’s turned against her.

Billy will keep trying to convince Chelsea to step down, but she’ll give him a peck on the cheek and urge him to tell Connor that she slipped.

When Chelsea tries to jump, Billy will reach out and struggle with her until he gets her back to safety.

Billy will wrap Chelsea in his coat and argue that she’s got so much to offer this world.

Chelsea was right about Billy not mixing with the corporate life, so he’ll praise her for her insight and insist she wasn’t the reason he left the podcast.

Since Chelsea will want to get some rest in her room, Billy will declare that he’s coming with her and will refuse to let her be alone right now.

Back with Adam, he’ll leave Chelsea a voicemail and text her as well. Adam will decide to get some air, so he’ll find Billy holding Chelsea close on the rooftop.

Although Adam will demand to know what’s going on, Billy will warn Adam to go away and will suggest he’ll fill him in later.

Once Billy leads Chelsea inside, Adam will stand there looking bewildered and frustrated.

At Newman Enterprises, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will tell Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) that he’s decided to turn down the Newman Media CEO offer.

Victoria will assume Nate is patching things up with Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) and going back to Chancellor-Winters, but he’ll admit that’s not the case.

Instead, Nate will worry that this will expose Victoria as the CEO he fed info to.

Victoria won’t think that’ll necessarily happen, but she’ll be prepared for that possibility and will like Nate’s big ideas.

Even so, Nate won’t get why Victoria would offer him this job when he blew up the deal of a lifetime.

Ashland Locke’s (Robert Newman) offer was too good to be true, so Nate will worry this one might be as well.

Victoria will point out that Ashland fooled them both, but Nate will still struggle to see why she wants him there – especially when family matters so much to the Newmans.

Nate betrayed his own loved ones and won’t see himself as the decent man Victoria claims he is.

Nevertheless, Victoria will rattle off all the qualities she likes in Nate, including his loyalty.

In the end, Victoria will wonder what Nate wants, so he’ll decide he trusts her and wants to be there running Newman Media.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nate and Victoria’s alliance will lead to some explosive drama, so stay tuned!
