The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the next two weeks, January 3 to January 14, tease that Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) will fight back while Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) has an invitation for Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) will also fear Victoria Newman-Locke (Amelia Heinle) might be making a mistake with her latest gamble, so let’s discuss what’s in store.
During the week of January 3-7, Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will face Adam’s rejection before catching him in a flirty moment with Sally.
That’ll lead to conflict between Chelsea and Adam, but he’ll push her to worry about her own life and the fashion platform.
Unfortunately, Chelsea will use that fashion platform as a tool to target Sally. She’ll make things difficult for Sally on the job and will set a trap for her rival.
Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) will snap at Adam for causing this mess and will think he needs to avoid both women for all their sakes.
As for Noah Newman (Rory Gibson), he’ll be intrigued when Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) offers his son a new position.
Nick will apparently have some work for Noah at New Hope, so Noah may reconsider when it comes to the work he signed on for at Newman Media.
Of course, there’s always the potential for Noah to do both, especially since he could use the distraction from all the pining he keeps doing for Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks).
Other Y&R spoilers say Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will quarrel with Victoria over her strategies and object to her being in charge.
Billy will try to keep the peace, but Ashland may grow concerned about Victoria being so closely tied to her ex and all his risky drama.
Ashland will encourage Victoria to be honest about her troubling agenda while Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) seeks honesty from Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd).
Chance won’t be sure he’s cut out to be a father and won’t feel like he’s got the same knack for it as Devon has.
Abby will stop by Devon’s penthouse to make amends after their recent fight, but she’ll shock him when she reveals the original agreement’s going to stand.
After Abby shuts down the shared custody talk, Devon will mull over his legal options with Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan).
Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) will also have a run-in with Imani Benedict (Leigh-Ann Rose), so that could involve tension over Imani’s continued interest in Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic).
Although Elena will spell out the reality of the situation, Imani might think she has a shot with hunky Nate.
Billy will clash with Lily, who may feel his obsession with destroying Adam has gotten out of control.
We’ll see Billy make a move to put Adam at a disadvantage, but Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) will later guide Billy in a more positive direction.
During the week of January 10-14, Devon will stick to his guns when it comes to pushing for extra time with Dominic Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Rainn and River Ware).
That could mean a custody battle’s brewing with Chance and Abby at some point.
Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will deal with growing concerns about the Newman family and the constant state of unrest.
Nikki open up to Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and hope that things take a peaceful turn when it comes to all the sparring Newman children.
As for Sally, she’ll try to keep Adam interested through a new invitation.
Sally will have somewhere she’d like to take Adam, so we’ll see if he gets on board – and what Chelsea might do in retaliation!
Finally, Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) will ruminate on his life and career.
Lauren Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) will recruit plenty of help as Michael tries to figure out what his next chapter is going to look like, but Lauren’s opinion will matter most of all to her husband.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Michael will head down a new path eventually, so stay tuned.
