The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the next two weeks, May 16 to May 27, tease that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will go after Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) while Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) makes a bold move. Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will also face Lily Winters’ (Christel Khalil) new rules, so let’s talk about what’s ahead.
During the week of May 16-20, Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) will marry in a gorgeous ceremony.
There’ll be some special moments as everyone comes together to help this couple celebrate their love.
Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) will make things awkward the first time he meets Allie Nguyen (Kelsey Wang), but he’ll have a chance to charm her later.
Although Noah won’t really be looking for love, he’ll be drawn to Allie and may decide to do some real flirting.
Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) will also make it back to town, so she’ll blow in and introduce herself to Allie before they hit the wedding afterparty.
The reception will be a hit with all the guests and bring some cheers when Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) catches the bouquet.
However, there’ll be a wedding crasher at some point during the festivities.
Allie might qualify since she technically won’t have an official invite, but this sounds more like someone like overeager Diane.
Y&R spoilers say Diane will make a bold move that leaves Jack and Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) with a lot to discuss.
Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will also have to make another decision on top of whether he’ll give Diane another chance – one that involves where he’ll live.
Diane may not do herself any favors by showing up where she’s not wanted, but Kyle can’t turn his back on his mom – not after all these years of missing her.
With that in mind, Kyle will start thinking about his future in Genoa City and whether a move back there might be in order.
That means Kyle and Summer will need to discuss what’s next for their family, so this is all building to “Skyle” moving back to GC with Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez).
After Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) attends the wedding with Jack, she’ll say or do something that catches him by surprise.
This should set the stage for Jack and Phyllis to take a closer look at their deep feelings for each other.
Over with Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson), she’ll give Esther Valentine (Kate Linder) some dating app pointers and try to find her mom a good man.
Esther will indeed connect with someone intriguing during the week of May 23-27 – a new guy named Dwight (Sam McMurray), who’ll really grab Esther’s attention.
Meanwhile, Lily will feel like she needs to set more boundaries with Billy, but you can bet he isn’t going to like those.
If Lily tries to micromanage Billy when it comes to his podcasts or even throw him off the shows entirely, there’s going to be trouble.
Of course, Lily may also want to lay down the law regarding Ashland and how Billy needs to butt out.
Speaking of Ashland, he’ll continue to enrage the Newmans. Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will be pushed to her breaking point, so that certainly sounds like Ashland’s doing.
Victor will also feel the need to retaliate, so that sounds like a response to Ashland as well.
Ashland is pushing plenty of people too far, so he’s still getting the kind of writing that could easily lead to a murder mystery.
Back with Jack and Phyllis, they’ll take some time to analyze their relationship and what they mean to each other.
It sounds like Phyllis and Jack are on the verge of a breakthrough that could finally push them into romantic territory.
Unfortunately, problematic Diane will make waves and could cause some “Phack” setbacks down the road.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say the next two weeks will bring some shockers and shakeups, so stay tuned.
