The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Nick Is Victor’s New CEO Pick – Adam & Victoria Lose to Steady Brother?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) may be Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) new CEO pick. Will Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) lose to their steady brother?

Victor has proven that he has no problem changing CEOs at all. You’d think this would make Newman Enterprises look like an unstable trainwreck of a company, but Victor doesn’t seem to mind.

Adam has landed back on the throne as part of a plan to lure Victoria back to Genoa City, but Victor doesn’t appear to have much faith in his son.

Although Adam intends to prove he’s worthy and keep this position, Victor’s attitude isn’t offering much hope in that department.

However, Victoria’s plan could backfire now that it’s coming into focus.

Y&R spoilers say Victoria has ulterior motives when it comes to Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) and this new life together she claims to want.

This is apparently all a scam to recoup the $250 million that Ashland, which he still has from the agreement he made with Victor.

That agreement was Adam’s idea, so Victoria may argue that her family should’ve trusted her from the get-go and let her handle it.

What happens once Victor learns the truth? Part of Victor might be impressed by Victoria, but another part of him surely won’t like how she dealt with this.

Victor may feel like Victoria should’ve confessed her plan to him and scored his help.

Leading up to the exposure of Victoria’s scheme, Nick will contemplate returning to Newman Enterprises and taking on a real role at the company.

Although Nick will want to have more power so he can keep the peace, he could ultimately provoke Adam and Victoria’s fury.

There’s the potential for Victor to kick impulsive Adam off the throne and refuse to put Victoria back on it either.

Victoria may not even want it if she still intends to go out on her own after Ashland’s downfall.

Regardless, it’s suspicious that Nick is making a Newman comeback right when Victor could be on the verge of another CEO change.

Will Victor convince Nick to be a steady presence in the CEO chair and promote peace for his siblings?

Even if Nick doesn’t accept this potential offer, it could cause some chaos.

Adam and Victoria have been so worried about going up against each other that they didn’t see Nick’s possible rise.

Joshua Morrow has been vocal about his desire to play some Newman Enterprises drama, so the show seems to be granting his wish.

Victor’s next CEO pick will inevitably cause issues, but he’ll always do what he feels is best. Will Victor determine that Nick is now the right man for the job?

The Young and the Restless spoilers say more Newman Enterprises CEO upheaval is in the works, so stay tuned.
