The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) might quit Newman together. Will Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) fury force this duo down a new path?
After Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) confronts Nick about sleeping with Sally, Y&R spoilers say he’ll make some good points.
In the September 19 episode, Adam will note that Victor didn’t think Sally was good enough for him. That’ll leave Adam expecting Victor to be even more disapproving of Sally and his golden boy.
Nick has indeed gained Victor’s favor lately since he’s back at Newman Enterprises and doing his part as a good little Newman soldier. You can bet Victor will fly into a rage when he finds out Nick is the latest Newman brother to fall into bed with Sally.
Victor may finally put his foot down when it comes to giving Sally the boot, but Nick will no doubt fight for her job. Of course, Sally may decide to walk away and spare Nick from dealing with more drama.
It could even be a situation where Nick vows to quit if Sally is forced out. One way or another, it’s easy to imagine both Nick and Sally leaving Newman Enterprises behind.
Nick may resign from the COO spot while Sally ditches her position as the CEO of Newman Media. If that happens, what will Nick and Sally do next?
Nick might suggest a new venture – or maybe Sally could pitch in at New Hope. There might be another opportunity where Sally and Nick could work closely together.
Then again, perhaps there could be a place for Sally at Noah Newman’s (Rory Gibson) soon-to-be-open nightclub. Sally would probably be great mixing and mingling as the club’s manager.
Whatever the case, Sally is the type who always lands on her feet. Nick always has new possibilities in his back pocket, so he’ll be just fine, too.
Will Nick and Sally solidify their bond by leaving Newman at the same time? Could Sally and Nick pursue new opportunities together?
