The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) may land in bed after a romantic breakthrough, so Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) could face a roadblock to her ex.
During the week of May 16-20, Diane will do what she does best and cause more drama.
We’ll see Phyllis get quite territorial over Jack – and Diane will definitely notice.
That’ll lead to Diane acting like it’s tough to imagine romance being in the cards for Phyllis and Jack at this point.
Diane will mention all the hurt, betrayal and trauma of the past, so she’ll try to mess with Phyllis’ head and open old wounds.
However, Phyllis will make it clear that Diane has no shot with Jack if that’s what she’s after.
Of course, it seems like Diane may disagree since she believes she’s winning Jack over to her side.
Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will remain Diane’s priority, but you can bet Diane would jump at a romantic reunion with Jack if it were on the table.
Diane may want to keep her options open in that department, so she’s not going to like the progress Jack and Phyllis are about to make.
Phyllis will have a wonderful time accompanying Jack to Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa Porter’s (Cait Fairbanks) wedding – even if Diane winds up derailing things toward the end.
Regardless, Phyllis will manage to catch Jack by surprise a little later. That could involve a kiss if Phyllis gets swept up in the romance of the nuptials.
If not, Phyllis will at least want to discuss her relationship with Jack and where they really stand.
Fortunately, that might be a conversation Jack’s been waiting a long time to have.
Y&R spoilers say Jack and Phyllis will examine their hearts as they work to find out the true nature of their connection.
That’ll bring some questions to answer and problems to analyze, but this should be building to a significant romantic breakthrough.
If Phyllis and Jack decide to become a couple again, it surely won’t be long until they land in bed together.
Jack and Phyllis have probably been dreaming of that day for what feels like forever!
The good news is Phyllis and Jack will take some big steps forward during the week of May 23-27.
The bad news is Diane won’t be pleased and could work to hinder any “Phack” progress.
Even so, it’ll be nice to see Jack and Phyllis move in the right direction.
This could easily mean Phyllis and Jack’s passion will erupt, so don’t miss what’s in store.
