The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Sally & Chance Prove Victoria Criminally Negligent in Rey’s Death?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) may prove Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) was criminally negligent in Rey Rosales’ (Jordi Vilasuso) death.

Victoria already feels guilty about Rey losing his life and knows she shouldn’t have even been on the road that night.

However, Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) keeps assuring Victoria that none of this was her fault.

Likewise, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) doesn’t want Victoria holding herself responsible for a tragic accident.

Nikki insisted Victoria wasn’t to blame in the April 22 episode, but Victoria had an interesting response.

“How do you know that? How does anyone really know that?” Victoria wondered.

Could that be a hint that someone out there really does know the truth?

Perhaps there was a witness to this accident that’ll soon be revealed – and that witness could be Sally.

After all, Sally’s whereabouts at the time of the crash were unaccounted for.

Sally prepared a romantic setup for Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), but then she kept him waiting in that hotel suite alone.

Why not have Sally there to greet Adam with a passionate kiss?

There’s surely a reason Y&R wanted Adam and Sally separated for a while. Otherwise, they would’ve just had them kick off the celebration together.

There were three cars involved in the accident, including vehicles belonging to Victoria, Ashland and Rey.

Sally easily could’ve been in a fourth car nearby to see what happened.

The night was foggy, but Sally still might’ve seen enough to know Victoria was the one driving erratically and swerving in the wrong lane, not Rey.

Someone ultimately reported the accident, so Sally might’ve called it in anonymously.

Although Sally didn’t let on like she knew anything to Adam, maybe there’s a reason for that, too.

Sally might be scared she’ll be blamed for not doing more to help – or maybe she doesn’t want to ruin Victoria’s life by helping to prove she’s responsible.

There’s even a chance Ashland figured out Sally was a witness and is threatening her somehow.

Regardless, we have to look at the facts here.

Sally was conspicuously missing when the crash happened – and during the week of April 25-29, she’ll confess a secret to Adam.

It’s possible Sally will confess that she witnessed the accident and knows Victoria is at fault.

We also know Chance will face a bombshell of some sort, which could be related to the crash investigation.

Y&R spoilers say Chance will discover something that shocks him, so there could be evidence – like tire marks or some other clue – pointing to Victoria’s guilt.

Ashland’s word means nothing at this point, so we can’t trust his side of the story.

Ashland could be covering for Victoria since he suggested he’d do anything to spare her more pain.

Victoria was the one making a hysterical phone call and wiping away tears while trying to stay in control of her car.

Victoria was in a terrible emotional state and driving in dangerous conditions, so she could be deemed criminally negligent – and that could lead to charges!

Between Sally’s witness account and Chance’s findings, things could add up to trouble for Victoria eventually.

Nikki hoped that the investigation would ease Victoria’s mind, but the answers it provides could make matters worse instead.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say some big twists could be brewing, so stay tuned.
