The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) may comfort Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) in bed if this Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) crisis gives these exes a cheating push. There’s no denying that Nick and Sharon are inching closer, so temptation may be brewing.
When the latest round of Ashland drama bubbled up, Nick turned to Sharon almost immediately.
Sharon pointed out that Nick could trust her with anything, so we didn’t see much hesitation at all. Nick was able to confide in Sharon and get the support he needed.
Nick realizes Sharon always has his back – just like when she swooped and stopped him from exploding at Ashland.
Sharon is Nick’s rock and knows him well enough to intervene when things get too stressful. She’ll continue to be there for Nick as this Ashland chaos gets worse and worse.
After Ashland convinces Victoria Newman-Locke (Amelia Heinle) that the fake cancer accusations are wrong, Nick is bound to be frustrated.
That’s going to bring more family conflict and give Nick another reason to lean on Sharon.
Of course, this will become a lose-lose situation as far as Nick’s concerned.
Nick won’t want Ashland to keep pulling the wool over Victoria’s eyes, but it’s also going to be devastating once Victoria can’t run from the truth any longer.
Ashland has to go down at some point – and Victoria should be broken in so many ways once that happens.
Once again, Nick will be distraught and looking for comfort that perhaps only Sharon can give.
It definitely feels like Y&R writers are finding ways to nudge Nick back in Sharon’s direction.
Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) has picked up on Sharon and Nick’s lingering bond, so trouble is most likely looming.
Now that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is headed back into romantic territory with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Rey is seemingly headed for a romance with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan), it’s the prime opportunity to delight “Shick” fans with a Sharon and Nick reunion.
It’s common on soaps for distress to lead to bedroom comfort, especially when former flames are involved.
Will Sharon console Nick right into bed and officially launch a cheating storyline?
