The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, December 22, tease that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will enjoy some cozy Christmas moments with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope). Sally and Nick will have a special snowy evening as they strengthen their connection as a new couple.
Nick will also surprise Sally by making her a promise. That could involve another reminder that Nick doesn’t care about Sally’s past and has faith in who she is now.
Of course, Nick might also vow never to hurt Sally the way Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) did, but something tells us that could be a tough vow to keep!
Nick likes to play the role of knight in shining armor, but he’s betrayed plenty of the women in his life over the years. It’ll be interesting to see just how long Nick can keep this good guy thing going with Sally.
In the meantime, Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) will fill Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) with dread when she seemingly vanishes from the cabin, but it’ll just be a case of confusion that gets cleared up.
Diane will still get to celebrate the holiday with Kyle, Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) and Harrison Abbott (Kellen Enriquez), so she’ll be over the moon.
The same goes for Kyle since he’s been fantasizing about spending Christmas with his mom again for years.
As for Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), he could easily lead Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) on a wild goose chase. After claiming he might know where to find Diane, Jack may take Jeremy to the wrong location and act like he was mistaken.
That would certainly clear the way for Diane, Kyle, Summer and Harrison to savor their holiday time together in peace.
Other Y&R spoilers say Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) will return to Genoa City – and it appears his first stop will be Daniel Romalotti Jr’s (Michael Graziadei) hotel room.
Danny’s big comeback will catch his son off guard, but they’ll share a heartfelt embrace as Daniel gets past the shock.
From there, The Young and the Restless spoilers say Danny will gear up for some other significant reunions – like one with his former flame, Christine “Cricket” Williams (Lauralee Bell).
Danny will offer news on his latest tour and seek updates on everything that’s been going on in GC, so it’ll be fun to see him back on canvas.
