The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, March 3, tease that Victoria Newman-Locke (Amelia Heinle) will play with fire while Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) makes a bold baby move. Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) will also head to his first therapy session, so some great drama’s set to play out in Genoa City.
For starters, Victoria will push for entrance to her locked office and wonder what’s going on.
Victoria will probably assume Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) objects to Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) becoming her co-CEO and settle on that as the reason they’re sparring.
Of course, Y&R fans know the truth is far worse!
Since Ashland faked his cancer, Victor will expect him to follow orders – starting with a pretend relapse and a trip to Peru alone.
Victor will want Ashland to divorce Victoria and vanish from her life later, but Ashland will have no intention of throwing away all his success.
Victoria could make matters worse if she signs the contract and moves full-speed ahead with the co-CEO plan.
Regardless, Victoria will dig her heels in when it comes to Ashland, but she won’t have all the facts.
Victor will do everything he can to spare Victoria from the whole story, but Ashland’s continued manipulation will force Victor to retaliate.
At some point in the coming episodes, Ashland will clutch his chest and fake a heart attack.
However, Ashland will use that medical crisis to gain the upper hand for himself instead of surrendering to Victor’s demands.
Until then, Devon will make a move that he feels is best for Dominic Newman-Abbott-Winters-Chancellor (Rainn and River Ware).
Perhaps Devon will get Dom’s doctor to sign off on an overnight visit and push for it sooner than Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) would like.
That could lead to clashing if Abby feels Devon is being selfish instead of just letting Dominic have some recovery time in his usual home.
Whatever the case, there’s the potential for more co-parenting issues if Devon pushes too hard.
As for Chance, he’ll head to his first therapy session with Dr. Huffman (Jeremiah Jahi), who’ll do everything he can to help his new patient.
The hardest part may be convincing Chance to let his guard down and truly open up.
That’s something Chance has struggled with, but Dr. Huffman comes highly recommended and will hopefully spark a breakthrough with Chance eventually.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Chance will put in the work to be a better husband and father, so let’s hope it pays off!
