The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers recap for Thursday, November 10, teases that Jeremy Stark’s (James Hyde) early prison release will make waves while Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) spreads scandalous news.
In a suite at The Grand Phoenix, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will show up after being summoned by Amanda, who’ll fill her in on all the Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) and Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) drama.
Phyllis will reel over Devon’s betrayal and the fact that Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) walked in on the scandalous scene as well. However, Phyllis will wonder if there’s a chance it was all a colossal mistake that Amanda can move past.
Amanda will make it clear that she’s done with Devon and that she intends to leave town again. As for Amanda’s job at Chancellor-Winters, she’ll suggest she can work from Virginia until Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) finds a replacement.
Phyllis will cry over not wanting Amanda to leave since she’s her only friend, so they’ll hug as Amanda cries, too. Nevertheless, Amanda will insist on putting Devon in the rearview mirror and will fume as she asks how he could do this to her.
At the penthouse, Abby will arrive to pick up Dominic Newman-Abbott-Winters-Chancellor (Rainn and River Ware), but she’ll end up commiserating with Devon. Abby will admit that Chance thinks what happened is a symptom of a larger problem and that he doesn’t seem willing to work it out.
Devon will confess that things didn’t go any better with Amanda, who seems determined to leave town for good. Abby will think it’ll take a miracle to fix this and will talk about how Chance said he could see this betrayal coming.
Devon will act like they just got carried away, but Abby won’t be sure she buys that something like this could just happen.
After Devon asks if Abby regrets what happened between them, she’ll spin the question around him and seek his answer first. Devon will confess that part of him doesn’t regret it, but Abby will argue that they have to regret it since they hurt people they love.
Despite it feeling right in the moment, Abby will insist it can’t happen again. Although Abby will acknowledge that maybe they wouldn’t feel so guilty if they didn’t get caught so fast, she’ll feel like they have to focus on undoing the damage.
At the Abbott house, Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) will think back to kissing Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) in a close moment. When Jack appears, Diane will give him positive updates on Harrison Abbott’s (Kellen Enriquez) health since his lab results were fine.
Diane will acknowledge that she messed up, but she’ll hope that perhaps they can get back to a clean slate. Jack will admit he’s worried about another shoe dropping, but Diane will assure him that she doesn’t want to cause any more heartbreak.
At Jabot, Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) will hand over an envelope with a red ribbon, so Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will comment on him having to add his usual pizazz to everything.
That envelope will contain an article about Jeremy Stark’s imminent release from prison, which is happening four years early.
Tucker will step on the elevator with Ashley for privacy and spill the money-laundering mess that Diane inadvertently got roped into. Ashley will also find out about Tucker blackmailing Diane in the aftermath, but he’ll maintain that it was a mutually beneficial arrangement.
Tucker will hope this proves he’s on Ashley’s side and will think this is the key to getting Diane away from her family.
Ashley will still seem skeptical of Tucker’s motives, so he’ll lash out over trying to win her forgiveness and insist her goal is now his goal. Tucker will then settle down as he says he’d move heaven and earth for Ashley.
Once Jack and Diane arrive, they’ll spot Tucker and Ashley together. After Ashley accepts Tucker’s dinner invitation to finish their Los Angeles conversation, she’ll get a kiss on the cheek.
Diane will follow Tucker to Society to confront him, but he’ll push her to live her life and stay out of his way.
Back with Jack, he’ll corner Ashley after that Tucker sighting. Ashley will talk about scoring juicy info and will rant about Diane keeping more secrets, but Jack won’t care if she has a hundred more.
Jack won’t want to see Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) relationship with Diane destroyed, so he’ll warn Ashley to “leave the poor woman alone!” As other Y&R details roll in, we’ll keep you posted.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Jack’s defense of Diane could lead to even more family conflict, so stay tuned. CDL’s where you want to be for thrilling Young and the Restless spoilers, updates and news, so make us your favorite Y&R hotspot.
