The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, November 17, tease that Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) won’t trust Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) – and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will attack Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will also seek a new beginning, so let’s discuss what’s coming up in Genoa City.
For starters, Billy will most likely take Chelsea’s advice and tell Lily the whole truth. Lily deserves more than a vague explanation considering all the time Billy’s been spending with Chelsea lately.
With that in mind, Billy may admit he came to Chelsea’s rescue and stopped her from jumping off The Grand Phoenix roof.
Although Lily will certainly be sympathetic to Chelsea’s situation, she’ll find herself battling suspicions about Billy’s actions.
Of course, that means Lily won’t completely trust Billy, so she may wonder why he has to continue taking the lead.
Chelsea has plenty of people in her corner, so Lily might suggest someone else could become her main source of support.
Lily may fear this is a recipe for disaster now that Chelsea views Billy as her hero.
The kiss Chelsea planted on Billy will no doubt remain a concern for Lily, who may worry Chelsea’s trauma will only pull her closer to her former flame.
In the meantime, Chelsea will try to stay positive about her next chapter.
We’ll see Chelsea get settled in the new apartment Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) is allowing her to rent, so that’ll be a nice start.
Chelsea may also consider some possible career options as she looks to the future. Now that Chelsea has climbed out of the depths of despair, she won’t want to let herself sink there ever again.
At Society, Adam will fume over Nick meeting Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) for drinks.
It’ll be obvious that Nick is still interested in Sally, so Adam will lose control and fly into a rage.
Whether Adam sticks with a verbal attack or gets physical, he’ll definitely create a scene.
That’s bound to be a major turnoff for Sally, so Adam’s furious display could make him an even less attractive option in her eyes.
Nick will undoubtedly score some points just by maintaining a calmer demeanor, especially since Sally already said she wanted a drama-free romance! We’ll fill you in as other Y&R news and updates emerge.
