The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, April 19, tease that Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will be on a tragic collision course – and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will get a horrifying phone call. Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will also face some alarming news, so here’s what Y&R has in store.
After talking about that Blackhawks game trip for what feels like forever, Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will finally be ready to go on it with Rey and Connor Newman (Judah Mackey).
Of course, Chelsea didn’t share her plans with Sharon before she roped Rey into this.
Rey also signed up without checking with Sharon, but she’ll insist it’s fine and hope they all have a great time.
Sharon sometimes raises an eyebrow at Chelsea and Rey’s bond, but she’s not overly concerned by it.
Sharon understands that Connor looks up to Rey and will support the idea overall.
After Chelsea and Sharon get on the same page, Rey will prepare to enjoy some hockey fun in Chicago.
Rey will bid farewell to Sharon and seal his fate once he’s out on the road.
In Victoria’s office, she’ll pry a confession out of Ashland Locke (Robert Newman).
Victoria will get Ashland to come clean about faking his cancer and manufacturing a mountain of evidence to convince her it was true.
Although Ashland will pour his heart out, Victoria will be done with all the lies and drama.
Victoria will insist she got what she wanted, which was for Ashland to sign the agreement and erase himself from all their lives.
There’s a chance that Victoria will chase after Ashland if she wavers on her stance, but she might also just go for a drive and try to release some stress.
Once she’s in her car, Victoria will get on speakerphone with Nikki in her car – that is until she’s suddenly tangled up in a terrible car accident.
Nikki will be at Society with Victor when she hears Victoria cry out.
The line will seemingly go dead and leave Nikki panicked over the danger Victoria’s in. Victor should be just as disturbed over this shocking turn of events.
Unfortunately, it’s Rey who’s in the most peril since he’s about to exit the show.
Once Victoria crashes, it should be revealed that Rey was also involved in the collision.
Rey seems to have a deadly departure in his future, so stay tuned for the fallout.
