The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Tuesday, February 15, teases that Chance Chancellor’s (Conner Floyd) secret will upset Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) – and it looks like Dominic Newman-Abbott-Winters-Chancellor’s (Rainn and River Ware) test results will be in as well.
Y&R fans know Chance had a panic attack on his stakeout recently. When Chance came home early that night, he left out that part of the story.
Chance just acted like his place was there with Abby and Dominic, so he’s hiding his struggles again.
Abby wants Chance to feel comfortable enough to open up to her, especially since he’s refusing to attend therapy.
Instead, Chance is bottling up his trauma again and leaving Abby in the dark on just how bad things have gotten.
In Chance’s defense, there’s a lot going on with sick Dominic and all the unknowns.
Chance doesn’t want to make matters worse and add to Abby’s stress level, but keeping secrets can create stress, too.
Abby will discover that Chance is hiding things, so she might overhear him discussing the botched stakeout when Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) stops by.
Rey may get caught in the middle of the couple’s conflict, but Abby and Chance will try to keep the peace since they need each other right now.
Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will ultimately call and mention Dominic’s follow-up test results.
Nate will be ready to share those, but he’ll think it’s best to do this in person and with a specialist present.
None of that is a good sign, but Chance, Abby and Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) will all gather to learn more.
Of course, we can’t forget that Devon is going to face unsettling news according to Y&R spoilers.
It’s interesting that they chose to single out Devon here, so the news may relate specifically to him and his relationship with Dominic.
It’s possible a sperm swap went down that could change everything for Devon and leave him devastated over not being the biological father.
Dominic seems to have a very serious condition, so there’ll be growing fears no matter what.
Over with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), he’ll face another round of career drama.
Billy keeps insisting he’s a team player, but that may be because he’d agreed with most of Lily Winters’ (Christel Khalil) decisions so far.
What happens if Lily and Billy are genuinely at odds over some Chancellor Industries business?
Lily gets the final say, so that may sting for Billy on some level.
On the other hand, Billy’s problem may be linked to his podcast venture.
There could be some hurdles when it comes to pulling that off, so Billy may be challenged as a result.
Sometimes challenges can be a good thing, but they’ll be hard on Billy in this case.
Billy was hoping this passion project would be an insomnia cure, but his restlessness may remain – especially after the latest work issues erupt.
Finally, Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) will accept an enticing invitation.
Since Devon may be dealing with Dominic’s medical crisis by then, perhaps Lauren Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) will summon Amanda to make a pitch.
Lauren and Amanda are hoping Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) decides against the Milan move.
While Phyllis is in Italy, Amanda might help Phyllis cook up a matchmaking plot.
Reuniting Phyllis and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) would be a surefire way to keep Phyllis in Genoa City!
Regardless, Phyllis and Jack will have to follow some clues later in the week, February 14-18.
There’ll be some mysterious messages that could lead them on a journey back together, so we’ll provide updates as other info comes in.
