The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Tuesday, June 7, teases that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will make a stunning announcement while Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) has advice for Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier).
First, let’s talk about Summer and Kyle’s tricky situation. Jack will be put on the spot when Kyle and Summer come to him looking for guidance.
Summer feels like Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) are on a disastrous collision course, so she may hope Jack can prevent it.
Of course, Jack might warn that he’s the source of the trouble instead.
There are other reasons why Diane and Phyllis hate each other, but their battle over Jack is at the top of the list.
However, Jack might feel like his split from Phyllis will help on some level.
Regardless, Jack has tons of experience dealing with Diane and Phyllis, so he may have to weigh in on how to avoid another blowup.
Keeping Phyllis and Diane away from each other might be the best solution, but that’s never going to happen in a town like Genoa City.
These people run into each other daily – sometimes multiple times a day!
That’s just how things roll on soaps, so Diane and Phyllis had better get used to seeing each other’s smug mugs.
On the other hand, Kyle and Summer might want advice on something else entirely.
We can’t forget there’s a big Marchetti acquisition at stake, so Summer and Kyle might want some last-minute assistance before the Jabot board meeting.
There’s even a chance Jack will weigh in on how to handle things with Harrison Abbott (Kellen Enriquez), who’ll have to be told some story to explain Ashland Locke’s (Robert Newman) absence.
As for Diane, she’ll still feel bad for Ashland now that he’s been shut out of Harrison’s world.
Even so, Diane’s priority will remain rebuilding her own relationship with Kyle and carving out a new spot in Harrison’s life for “Didi.”
Across town, Victoria will excitedly plan her future with Ashland – one away from the naysayer Newmans and anybody else who might hinder them in Genoa City.
Next on Tuesday’s Y&R episode, Victoria will stun Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) with the news of her Ashland reunion.
On top of that, Victoria will announce that she’s leaving town with Ashland and resigning from the co-CEO position at Newman Enterprises.
This is going to launch a major shakeup at Newman, but Victor will try to fight it.
We’ll see Victor work to change Victoria’s mind and hold Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) off from reclaiming the Newman throne as long as he can.
Nevertheless, Adam will practically be salivating at the thought of this rise to power. Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will be excited as well, so she’ll help Adam try to play his cards right and land on top.
Naturally, Nikki’s leadership role will be a factor in all this.
Victor may leave Nikki temporarily in charge while he tries to talk some sense into Victoria.
Despite that, Adam has his eye on the CEO job and won’t stop until he gets it!
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Adam and Sally will prove they’re quite the powercouple in the weeks to come, so stay tuned.
