The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Tuesday, March 22, teases that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will plot a power play while Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) forms a getaway plot. Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will also get shocking news, so there’ll be some big stuff happening on Tuesday’s show.
Nate recently showed up at Newman Media with the promise of a smoking gun, so Victor may go over the new info soon enough.
Y&R fans will recall that Ashland’s chest X-ray showed no signs of lung cancer, so that’s a huge red flag.
Of course, Nate also found no record of Ashland ever having chemotherapy, so the level of deception here was just despicable.
Victor will refuse to let Ashland do any further damage with all his lies, so he’ll turn to several Newmans for backup and consider his next move.
Now that Victor’s armed with this new information, he’ll hope Victoria Newman-Locke (Amelia Heinle) might open her eyes.
It should get tougher and tougher for Victoria to deny what’s right in front of her.
The truth is that Victoria is married to a manipulative monster, so Victor will hope she starts to accept that.
Victoria’s intervention is coming up by midweek, so Tuesday’s episode should involve some preparations ahead of that painful event.
Victor and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will take the lead, but they’ll have Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) support when it comes to taking Ashland down for good!
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Victor will do whatever it takes to protect Newman Enterprises and his family’s legacy.
Victor also want to help Victoria break free and start rebuilding her life, so he’ll plot a power play and hope for the best.
Speaking of plotting, Ashland will do more of that on Tuesday’s action-packed episode.
He’ll sense that things may not turn out how he wants and create an escape route for himself.
Ashland will hope to give himself the option for a clean getaway – maybe even with Victoria by his side if he can talk her into it.
However, it’s doubtful Ashland will really be going anywhere at all. Ashland blew his chance to leave town and will now have to face all of Victor’s consequences.
As for Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), she’ll look forward to taking on more responsibilities and making the merger a big success.
With Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) in agreement, Lily will be excited to join their companies to create the ultimate powerhouse.
Nate will become privy to a secret on Tuesday, so he should find out Chancellor Industries is merging with Hamilton-Winters – at least if they can nail everything down as planned.
Lily will be brimming with confidence and will think the sky’s the limit now.
Lily will probably try to recruit Nate for the team again and could score a yes now that Ashland’s proposal is out.
