The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Tuesday, March 29 Recap – Victoria’s Tuscany Trap for Ashland – Kevin’s San Diego Mission

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers recap for Tuesday, March 29, teases that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will set a Tuscany trap for Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) – and Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) will reveal a secret San Diego mission.

In Victoria’s office, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will demand to know what Victoria’s plan is.

Victoria will urge her father to trust her, but Victor will keep pushing for the truth – that way, he can take over if he doesn’t approve.

However, Victoria will insist that Victor needs to stop treating her like a little girl.

Victoria will declare that she’s the CEO of Newman-Locke and will promise to protect the company as well as the family name.

“How the hell will you do that?” Victor will ask angrily. He’ll be frustrated over the lack of details – and so will Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow).

Nick will want confirmation that when Victoria tells Ashland she believes him and still loves him, that’ll be a lie.

Victoria will argue that she doesn’t owe them any explanations, but Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will refuse to let her daughter sacrifice herself to save the company.

Victor still won’t be convinced that Victoria has the situation under control.

That said, Victor will be willing to trust Victoria if she can get Ashland out of the company and away from their family.

After Victoria leaves, Nick will admit he doesn’t like this. Victor will contend that if Victoria doesn’t have a plan that’ll work, then he does!

At Society, Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) will find Ashland at the bar and get quite chatty with him.

Abby will suggest a double date soon and will check in regarding Ashland’s health, so he’ll admit he’s doing well.

Ashland will get a text about Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) giving his men the slip in Peru.

In a moment alone, he’ll get on the phone to scold someone and try to have the situation dealt with for good.

Ashland will seem on edge, but Abby will assume it’s about a business deal and will know how Victor gets when a deal’s on the line.

Although Abby was hoping to stick around and talk to Victoria, she’ll end up taking off.

Victoria will watch through the window briefly before joining Ashland at the bar.

Victoria will admit her nerves are frayed due to her family being on the warpath and will think Ashland had the right idea about the Tuscan getaway.

Ashland will point out that things have escalated since then and will suggest it might look like an admission of defeat.

Victoria will argue that it could make Victor tip his hand and will convince Ashland to trust her on this.

Victoria will admit she already made the arrangements before they clink their glasses.

Back with Nick, he’ll express concern to Nikki at Crimson Lights.

Nick will worry that Ashland might worm his way back into Victoria’s heart or that Victoria could be playing with fire.

Since Nikki will assume Victoria’s going to do whatever it takes to save the family, it’ll leave her worried as well.

Nick will declare that if Victoria decides to stay with her husband, then he’ll find a way to get rid of Ashland on his own.

On the patio, Lauren Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) will remain distracted over Michael Baldwin’s (Christian LeBlanc) vanishing act.

Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) will admit she hasn’t heard any news since Kevin took off on some mystery mission in San Diego.

Soon after, Kevin will show up with Michael right behind him.

Michael will kiss Lauren and admit that Ashland Locke was responsible for his ordeal, but he’ll want to give Victor updates on everything before he heads home.

Lauren will agree to meet Michael back at the house, but she’ll ultimately change her mind and decide to join him in speaking with Victor.

In the meantime, Chloe will want some answers from Kevin about what happened.

Kevin will then explain that an unknown number claiming to be Michael urged him to come to San Diego.

Michael instructed Kevin not to tell Lauren or Chloe, so Kevin did what he was told and then got an address from another number later.

Kevin wound up finding Michael looking frazzled and scared at a park in San Diego.

Michael insisted on coming home right away and seemed on edge the whole way home.

Kevin will think it’s clear that Ashland is behind what happened to Michael. He’ll assure Chloe that he won’t forgive Ashland anytime soon!

Once Michael tracks Victor down at Newman-Locke, Lauren will show up and want to join the conversation.

Michael will confess that the moment he sent Victor the evidence, the local police picked him up and threw him in jail on some trumped up cross-border espionage charges.

Michael’s phone and ID were taken away, but he befriended a guard by offering legal advice on how to save his home from a lender.

In return, the guard gave Michael back his passport and offered the name of a friend down by the docks.

Michael then finagled his way onto a boat going to San Diego and contacted Kevin to come get him.

Although Michael won’t want Lauren to blame Victor, she’ll admit she does anyway.

Victor will also acknowledge that the Ashland situation has blown wide open.

Victor will want a way to get rid of Ashland, so there’ll be lots of dangerous hints in Tuesday’s exciting Y&R episode.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Ashland could land in grave danger soon, so don’t miss what’s brewing on the CBS soap.
