The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, May 31, tease that Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) will use a coping strategy with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) while Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) makes a vow. Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will also fight over some Chancellor-Winters issues, so here’s what viewers can expect.
First, Nick will step up to lift Sharon’s spirits as she continues to mourn the loss of Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso).
Sharon is no doubt facing reminders of Rey everywhere she goes, so that has to be overwhelming.
However, Sharon will find a way to cope through Nick’s support. Nick will offer up a distraction and get Sharon reminiscing about better days.
That’ll lead to a conversation involving some warm “Shick” memories, so maybe Y&R will even throw in some flashbacks.
It’d be smart since Nick and Sharon are obviously on a romantic path back together.
Nevertheless, Sharon still needs to heal her broken heart and fully let go of Rey.
It may take some time, but Nick certainly seems like the romantic plan for Sharon when the time is right.
Until then, Chance will make a vow, so that should tie in with Rey’s unsolved cases.
The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Chance will make it his mission to close them all and make his partner proud.
Although Chance will promise to achieve that goal, he may have to make Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) a promise as well.
The idea of Chance devoting so much to his job will leave Abby worried, even if she doesn’t come right out and say it.
Chance may assure Abby that she’ll always be his priority along with Dominic Newman-Abbott-Winters-Chancellor (Rainn and River Ware), but she’ll still be on edge.
As for Nate and Devon, they’ll clash over more work details. Devon wasn’t sold on Nate’s recent launch party suggestion about featuring his new record label artists.
That may come up again, especially if Nate lets Imani Benedict (Leigh-Ann Rose) get inside his head and drive the conversation.
Nate may wonder if Devon’s problem is with the pitch or if he’s still bitter about what happened with Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy).
Regardless, Devon and Nate will get into an argument that could escalate if they’re not careful.
Imani is definitely stirring the pot and may continue to do so all summer long!
