The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Tuesday, November 22, teases that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will help Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) decide while Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) quizzes Daniel Romalotti Jr (Michael Graziadei). Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will also attack Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) for crossing the line, so there’ll be some big things happening in GC.
At The Glam Club, Adam won’t get the marriage proposal outcome he was hoping for.
Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) won’t agree to marry Adam and may lash out over his constant attempts to change her mind.
Nick has become quite protective of Sally, so he’ll ride to her rescue.
Although Nick knows Sally can take care of herself, he’ll still feel the need to stand up to Adam.
Y&R spoilers say Nick will attack Adam for popping the question, so we’ll see if that’s a verbal attack or if it might escalate to a physical one.
Either way, Adam will deal with some drama following his attempt to push Sally to the altar.
In the meantime, Billy will connect with Chelsea, who’ll fill him in on her earlier discussion with Connor Newman (Judah Mackey).
Billy will be relieved when Chelsea has a positive attitude about it, but she’ll still need some help with a significant choice.
There’ll be something Chelsea needs to decide, so we’ll see if that’s related to her career or another unknown in her life.
Whatever the case, Billy will want to be there for Chelsea every step of the way – even if Lily would prefer for him to back off.
At Society, Lily will quiz Daniel about what brings him back to town.
Daniel will talk about coming home to see Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) for Thanksgiving, but he’ll eventually be open to sticking around.
After Lily finds out Daniel wants to take a breather from the art industry and use his skills in a way that pays better, she may consider hiring him as Billy’s COO replacement.
Regardless, Daniel could have a few secrets since he’s undergone some major life changes offscreen.
Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) always likes to have a few moles, so we can’t rule out the possibility of Daniel being on his payroll at some point.
For now, Daniel will focus on hanging out with Lily and falling into a familiar groove. These exes could grow closer quickly with Billy devoting so much time to Chelsea.
Next, Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will tighten her grip. There’ll be a situation that Ashley suddenly feels more in control of, so that could tie in with Tucker.
Ashley found out about Tucker plotting to steal Jabot’s financial stability info, so that tidbit could come in handy.
At least Ashley knows Tucker’s goal and can use it to her advantage when the opportunity arises.
Ashley will also continue scheming against Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) despite Jack Abbott’s (Peter Bergman) efforts to shut her down.
Since Ashley is determined to get Diane out of Genoa City, she won’t let Jack or anyone else stand in her way.
