The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Tuesday, September 6, teases that Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will have a Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) complaint while Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) feels betrayed. Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will also have a bad idea – though Imani Benedict (temporarily played by Denise Boutte) may be mostly to blame!
For starters, Nate will get another round of awful guidance from Imani, who’ll think he needs to take charge and prove he can make things happen.
Imani always manages to make the conflict between Nate and Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) even worse!
Nate is stuck on the whole music festival thing, so he’ll make plans behind Devon’s back and plot to get Lily’s approval instead.
This scheme won’t work out as well as Nate hopes – and Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) will warn him about that beforehand.
In the meantime, Victor will feel betrayed by Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) new job at Jabot.
We’ll see Victor fume over Jack Abbott’s (Peter Bergman) co-CEO offer and Adam’s decision to accept it.
While Victor flies into a rage, Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) will discuss the next chapter.
Although Tessa and Mariah faced a major adoption snag, they still want to be parents and may agree to explore other options.
Tessa will also have a fashion photoshoot for Marchetti soon, but she’ll apparently be distracted and not very enthusiastic.
Lauren Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) will have a big problem with Tessa’s work and will complain to Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) eventually.
Until then, Y&R spoilers say Lily will be the one complaining to Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).
When Billy brings up the fact that he’s still hanging out with Chelsea, he’ll sense that Lily is against it.
Since Chelsea disrespected boundaries and kissed Billy not too long ago, it’s easy to see why Lily will raise an eyebrow.
Although Lily trusts Billy, she doesn’t trust Chelsea and won’t think she should be Billy’s priority anyway.
Billy needs to concentrate on his COO position and any leftover time should probably be spent with his actual girlfriend!
Lily will voice her complaints, so we’ll see if Billy agrees to change his behavior despite his own lack of concern.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Chelsea will remain fixated on her lip lock with Billy, so that could become a bigger issue later.
