The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, July 13, tease that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will contemplate a Newman reboot while Imani Benedict (Leigh-Ann Rose) dupes Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic). Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will also team up on a project, so let’s talk about what’s ahead in Genoa City.
Now that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) is back in charge, she’s ready to lead Newman Enterprises into a new family-oriented chapter – minus Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) since he recently quit the company.
Of course, that’s fine by Victoria, who’d much rather focus on working with Victor, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) to make this new chapter a success.
Since Victor is still serving as a trusted advisor, he’ll mull over the possibility of a Newman overhaul and how they can make the company even better.
It was a tough blow when Adam decided to walk away from Newman, but Victor may hold out hope that his son will come around.
Since Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) future at Newman Media still hangs in the balance, that’s something that’ll need to be discussed further and could present a bargaining chip.
Whatever the case, Victor will view this as a fresh start for Newman Enterprises and will be glad most of the family is coming together.
Over with Ashland Locke (Robert Newman), he’ll apparently fall into Victor’s latest trap soon enough.
Although he’ll count on Adam to be a fierce and vengeful ally, Ashland will still land behind bars at some point this week.
Other Y&R spoilers say Imani will trick Nate into having a lovely dinner with her.
Nate believed Imani when she told him she made reservations for three, but she actually set up a romantic evening for two.
Sally wasn’t invited, but Imani may act like Newman Media’s current CEO blew them off or canceled at the last second.
Although Imani will get a chance to cozy up to Nate alone, Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) isn’t going to like it one bit!
As for Chelsea, she’ll give Billy advice on his podcast and get a more official offer to help him.
Chelsea will become Billy’s co-host before long, so they’ll have another reason to join forces and grow closer.
