The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Wednesday, October 19 Recap – Billy Sends Chelsea Away from Johnny – Jill’s Fury

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers recap for Wednesday, October 19, reveals that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will send Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) away from Johnny Abbott (Paxton Mishkind) family time – and Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) will unleash her fury over Nate Hastings’ (Sean Dominic) betrayal.

At Crimson Lights on Wednesday’s Y&R episode, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will thank Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and let her know he’s got it from here.

Sally will seem upset as she looks back at Connor Newman (Judah Mackey), but she’ll leave him with this dad.

Connor will admit to Adam that Chelsea doesn’t love him as much since she’s acting so sad about Johnny.

After Connor suggests they’re already a family, he won’t think they need Johnny as an addition.

If Chelsea misses Johnny so much, Connor will argue that she shouldn’t have given him up in the first place.

Connor will also wonder why Chelsea didn’t give him up too, so Adam will do his best to explain everything.

Once Adam says they were overjoyed when Connor came into their lives, he’ll point out that Chelsea feared the secret about Johnny would harm both boys down the road.

Chelsea will end up overhearing part of the conversation, so she’ll join Connor with his forgotten backpack and urge him to pick out a pastry while she talks to Adam.

After Chelsea vows to fix things with Connor, Adam will insist he wants to bring an outside professional in on this.

Chelsea will seem a hint reluctant at first, but she’ll eventually assure Adam that she’ll do whatever it takes for Connor’s sake.

In the meantime, Chelsea will ask Adam to give her support instead of judgment and will think the latter is written all over his face.

Adam will wish Chelsea would stop thinking of him as the enemy since they’re on the same team.

Once Connor says he wants to leave for the ranch, he’ll be cold to Chelsea as he exits with Adam.

At Chancellor-Winters, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will remain hurt and confused over Nate’s betrayal.

Billy will think he should stick around as Lily’s COO – at least until this whole mess sorts itself out.

However, Lily will contend that they don’t have to turn Billy’s departure into a formal announcement.

Since Lily won’t want to hold Billy back, she’ll feel like he should still leave his position soon and find his path.

As for Jill, Billy won’t think it’s wise to tell her about his departure plans today.

Once Jill gets on a video call, she’ll rage over Nate’s threat and wonder “how the hell” they let this happen.

Billy will rush to Lily’s defense, but Lily will take responsibility for the situation and point out that no permanent damage was done…yet.

After Billy leaves for scheduled family time at the park, Jill will wonder what else Lily is concerned about.

Lily will admit they need to keep their eyes open when it comes to Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) and any other sharks in the water.

Jill will still want to move forward with the IPO and figure out who their mysterious business predator is.

In the park, Chelsea will look glum as she thinks back on confessing the Johnny truth to Connor.

When Billy comes along, Chelsea will tell him that she’s sick of feeling sorry for herself and won’t let a string of bad luck grind her into the ground anymore.

Unfortunately, it’ll seem like Chelsea is just putting on a brave face for Billy.

After Billy admits he’s pulling for Chelsea, he’ll add that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) is bringing the kids to the park.

Billy won’t think it’s wise for Chelsea to be there when Johnny arrives, so she’ll thank him for the heads-up and leave.

At Newman Media, Sally and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will discuss protective Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) briefly before talk turns to Adam.

Nick will admit to paying hungover Adam a visit on the roof, and Sally will confess to seeing Adam after the misunderstanding with Connor at the coffeehouse.

Once Sally admits she feels guilty if Adam is falling short as a parent, Nick will argue that whether Adam is a good dad or not is on him.

Even so, Sally will feel like Connor blames her for Adam’s sadness.

Although she’ll know Adam isn’t her responsibility, Sally won’t like to watch him suffer.

Nick will warn that he doesn’t want to make things more complicated and will add that has to step away if Sally is conflicted.

Nick will point out that they definitely have chemistry, but that’s not enough.

Sally will agree that it doesn’t change the fact that she needs to figure out what she wants.

At Nate’s penthouse, he’ll act like his Chancellor-Winters takeover plans weren’t personal.

Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) will disagree and point out that he heard from Memorial about Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) leaving town.

Nate will wonder if Devon is Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) now with private investigators hired to stalk people.

When Nate asks if Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) knows about Devon stalking his ex, Devon will insist Nate’s being ridiculous.

Devon will complain that Nate’s trying to make himself the victim, so Nate will bring up his hand injury again and confess that he’ll probably never forgive Devon for that.

Nate will also rant about Devon inheriting $1 billion to launch his company, but Devon will contend that he worked his way up at companies before that.

Although Devon just wanted Nate to respect his final word, Nate set out to destroy his family legacy instead.

Once Devon brings up Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John), Nate will suggest that maybe nobody can ever live up to Neil and their past partnership.

When Nate says Neil wouldn’t want Devon holding onto his ghost, Devon will fire back that Nate doesn’t have any idea what Neil would want.

After Devon says Neil cared about family more than anything, he’ll insist that Neil never would’ve forgiven Nate if he were alive.

Devon will ultimately slam out the door as Nate stands there looking irritated.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nate still has some lessons to learn, so stay tuned to see what’s in store!
