Diane can’t help but rub it in Phyllis’ face. Playing nice so her plan isn’t thwarted, Phyllis smiles right back.
However, it’s only because there is a plan to ruin Diane that has been put into motion.

Billy warns Phyllis that there is always collateral damage. However, Phyllis doesn’t care what it costs, she is determined to get rid of Diane for good.
Phyllis seems pretty overconfident, which is always dangerous in soaps.

Soap storylines need to be explosive, so it sounds like Phyllis’ plan to eliminate Diane could have an unexpected ending.
Phyllis Summers’ Collateral Damage
The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Phyllis got a job at the new Marchetti.
Phyllis was able to convince Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) to get her a job at the company.
After talking with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), Summer told Phyllis that she has the job.
However, Summer also warned Phyllis that she is keeping a close eye on her.
One person that could be collateral damage in Phyllis’ plan might be Summer. Of course, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) could also suffer from Phyllis’ scheme.
Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez) is also a possibility. After all, Harrison is a huge part of Diane, Summer and Kyle’s lives.
Plus, he is an innocent child caught in the crossfire, much like he was with Ashland Locke (formerly played by Robert Newman).
