The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for the week of February 21-25 teases that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will have a new plan while Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) go to war. Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) and Imani Benedict (Leigh-Ann Rose) will also fight as they settle into their new jobs at Chancellor Industries, so some hot drama’s brewing.
For starters, Victor will keep gathering ammunition to bring Ashland down.
Victor will let Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) in the loop on a secret, so she may learn the horrifying truth about Ashland’s condition.
Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) will pay the fired doctor in Peru a hefty sum to make sure he spills all the dirty details about Ashland’s fake illness.
Victor will then realize he has to keep making the right chess moves and launch Ashland’s downfall the right way.
Y&R spoilers say Victor will get ready for a fierce faceoff with Ashland – one that’ll bring an ultimatum to leave town or face the consequences.
That ultimatum is coming up down the road, but right now it’ll be more about making sure Victor has irrefutable proof.
As for Adam, he’ll decide he needs a new plan. Adam will reverse a decision he made, so he may tell Victor he won’t do his bidding.
Although Adam previously acted like he was willing to spy on Ashland, he may worry it’ll set a dangerous precedent if he plays along now.
Adam opened up to Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) about how he earned the CEO role at Newman Media.
Adam resented having to do Victor’s dirty work since it made him feel like that’s the only way he’s valuable to his father.
Since Adam knows his worth, he might tell Victor that his work should stand on its own – no spying necessary!
Of course, Victor won’t end up needing Adam on this little side project anyway since Michael will get such a huge scoop in Peru..
As for Amanda and Imani, they’ll find themselves in familiar territory as some conflict bubbles up.
Imani and Amanda certainly fought quite a bit when they first met, but the sisters are on good terms these days.
Even so, there’s always the potential for disagreements when siblings work together – and it looks like their argument will indeed start because of an issue at Chancellor Industries.
Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will surely do her best to keep the peace and will receive some great guidance from Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) as well.
In the meantime, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will start his new podcast and perhaps struggle to find his voice somewhat.
Although Billy’s getting excited about chatting with listeners for an hour a day, he may find this to be more of a challenge than he thought.
Imani seems quite intrigued by Billy, so it’ll be interesting to see what she does next.
Since Imani tends to be a real flirt, she could easily cross over into flirty territory with Billy at some point.
In the meantime, Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) will share his thoughts on Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa Porter’s (Cait Fairbanks) wedding details.
Noah will come up with a suggestion that works and seem like he’s finally moving out of his moping phase somewhat.
Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) will take steps forward as well since he’ll contact Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) looking for a counselor referral.
Y&R fans can also expect Dominic Newman-Abbott-Winters-Chancellor (Rainn and River Ware) to have his bone marrow transplant and come through it just fine.
Chance, Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) and Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) will just have to hope the procedure improves Dom’s health like it’s supposed to.
After Jack Abbott (Peter Bergmans) faces Traci Abbott’s (Beth Maitland) warning to be careful, he’ll follow the text trail.
Jack will believe Keemo Abbott (last played by Philip Moon) might be sending him on this chase, so he’ll look for answers with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) backing him up.
