The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal the preview for the week of January 3 to January 7 features Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) love triangle. Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) tells Adam that he needs to stay away from Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope). Chloe explains that they are both ticking time bombs.
Chelsea Lawson’s Desperation
Y&R spoilers reveal that during the week of January 3, Chelsea takes drastic action. After learning about Adam and Sally’s non-date on New Year’s Eve, Chelsea begs Adam to give their relationship another chance.
Adam explains that they are toxic for each other and they need to move forward, not backward.
However, Chelsea is determined to get Adam to change his mind. In fact, Chelsea believes that Adam is leaving the door open just a tad, which gives her hope of a reconciliation sometime in the future.
Y&R Spoilers: Chloe Mitchell’s Warning
In the weekly preview, Chloe gets in the middle of the brewing war between Sally and Chelsea.
Chloe has to break up an argument at Newman Fashion between the rivals. Chloe has tried to reason with both Sally and Chelsea to no avail. So, her next step is to give Adam a warning in the hopes he will do the right thing.
Y&R’s Two Ticking Time Bombs
The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Chloe marches into Adam’s office. Chloe demands that Adam stay away from both Sally and Chelsea.
Even when Chloe explains that Sally and Chelsea are both ticking time bombs, Adam seems to dismiss her.
That might be a mistake as Chloe would only go to Adam if she felt it was absolutely necessary. After all, the two aren’t exactly friends.
The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Flirting with Danger
Chloe’s warning to Adam is clearly a prediction and perhaps even foreshadowing. Adam has an interest in Sally and the feeling is mutual.
Sally loves to rub this in Chelsea’s face and takes every opportunity to do so. Meanwhile, Chelsea will try to rekindle her relationship with her former flame.
It is teased that Adam will go back and forth between the two women. This isn’t a typical love triangle though. Adam is flirting with danger and someone could end up hurt or even dead.
