The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers preview for the week of January 31-February 4 tease that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will move forward with a “cloak and dagger” attack while Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) has a mysterious new job offer for Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic).
For starters, Ashland will sit down with Nate for a meeting on the Crimson Lights patio.
Ashland will praise the brilliant doctor, but he’ll think Nate needs a new mountain to climb.
Ashland will feel like he has just the challenge for Nate, who’ll be all ears as his friend makes a big pitch.
It sounds like Ashland will have a new job in mind, which could be tempting for Nate.
After all, things have been rather complicated for Nate and Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) since he’s technically her boss at the hospital.
Nate will at least want to hear Ashland out and consider his options.
However, the situation will take another complex turn due to Victor’s investigation of Ashland and his health status.
Nate will find himself on the hot seat once Michael grills him as part of that sneaky plan.
As for Lauren Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman), she’ll grow concerned about Victor’s mission for Ashland and how “cloak and dagger” it seems.
Lauren will quiz Michael since this will feel like more than just the typical legal maneuver to her.
Since trouble tends to follow Victor and those closest to him, Lauren will worry Michael’s going to get in over his head.
Lauren will want Michael to be careful and won’t like the fact that he’s being so cagey when it comes to the details.
Y&R fans can also expect Victoria Newman-Locke (Amelia Heinle) to do plenty of gloating.
Victoria will take great pleasure in throwing her victory in Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) face, so she’ll taunt him over buying Newman Media and will refer to herself as his boss.
Adam will have to decide how much he can put up with, so there’ll be some Newman clashing as he tries to figure that out.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Adam and Victoria’s sibling rivalry will come with some curveballs, so stay tuned for more mayhem.
