The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for the week of July 11-15 teases that Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) will tackle a new challenge while Imani Benedict (Leigh-Ann Rose) tempts Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic). Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) will also impress Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) when she does something to prove herself, so here’s what viewers can expect.
First, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will urge Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) to speak with Diane and rope her into a scheme.
The goal will be to catch Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) going against the restraining order that’s in place regarding Harrison Abbott (Kellen Enriquez).
Meanwhile, Ashland will approach Diane alone in hopes of squeezing in a quick visit with Harrison, but she’ll immediately refuse.
When Michael brings Victor’s idea later, Diane won’t get on board and will argue that they’ve missed their shot anyway.
However, Victor will still find a way to back Ashland into a corner, so he’ll end up in a cell at the GCPD.
Ashland will also have to deal with backlash following Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) Grinning Soul podcast, which will spill all the dirty details of Ashland faking terminal cancer.
Other Y&R spoilers say Billy will have a proposition for Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) to consider.
Chelsea will be asked to serve as Billy’s co-host, so she’ll decide she’s in and become part of his regular podcast show.
While Billy and Chelsea strengthen their bond, Imani will hope to do the same with Nate.
Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) will blast Imani for making her move with Nate and trying to make progress with him while Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) is out of town.
Nevertheless, Imani will stick to her plan and dupe Nate into having dinner with her alone.
Nate has fallen prey to temptation before when he helped Elena cheat on Devon Hamilton (Bryton James), so there’s a chance he could cheat on Elena as well.
When Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) picks up on some unsettling hints, she’ll suspect Imani is trouble and could perhaps warn Nate not to blow up his relationship with her.
Over with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), she’ll do some brainstorming and figure out a plan that could deliver quite a blow to Diane.
Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will target Diane as well – and look for her to set off some alarm bells for Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) regarding her messy mother-in-law.
Diane will later find herself in a situation where she can prove herself to Kyle, so she’ll take advantage of it and leave him impressed.
Although Michael will continue to see the good in Diane, Nikki won’t agree and will clash with him once again as a result.
Meanwhile, Victor will be in a celebratory mood following Ashland’s latest downfall and will mull over a potential reboot at Newman Enterprises.
Although Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will resign from the company completely, Victor might encourage him to come back in some capacity.
Since Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) job will be on the line, Victor will have a bit of a bargaining chip.
Adam will sacrifice somehow to make sure Sally stays happy, so we’ll see exactly what that means and whether it’ll require staying tied to the Newmans after all.
Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) will keep trying to woo Allie Nguyen (Kelsey Wang), so his efforts will pay off.
Nevertheless, Noah will struggle with a difficult choice later, so we’ll see if that involves Allie, his job or both.
With Nick stepping away from New Hope, Noah will have the chance to take on more responsibilities.
It’s just a matter of whether Noah wants to rise to that challenge, especially since it’ll leave less time for his art projects and hanging out with Allie.
Sharon will face the challenge of helping Noah sort through his feelings and settle on the decision that’s right for him.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Allie and Noah will face a few hurdles on their path to love, but they’re on the right track!
