The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Week of June 6 Update – Lily Loses It On Billy – Chelsea’s Surprise Alliance

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for the week of June 6-10 teases that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will face off while Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) loses it on Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will also create a new alliance, so here’s what Y&R fans can expect.

For starters, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will feel like he’s reached his limit with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and her pattern of behavior.

Thanks to how things went down with Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters), Jack will split from Phyllis and push her away.

That’ll leave Phyllis more determined than ever to get Diane out of town.

Phyllis will join forces with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) on that task eventually, but Nikki will have bigger problems to deal with in the meantime.

Victoria’s decision to take Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) back and quit Newman Enterprises will throw Nikki into a tailspin along with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden).

Look for Victor, Nikki and Nick to put up a fierce fight on Victoria’s reunion.

After Nick fails to get through to Victoria, he’ll confide in Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) and perhaps get some good advice.

Nick’s first attempt will no doubt be a combative faceoff, but Sharon might suggest a softer approach the next time around.

Regardless of what Nick says or how he says it, nothing will change Victoria’s mind.

Victoria will dig her heels in with Nick along with the rest of her family. Once Victoria opens her heart to Ashland’s love again, she’ll never want to let go.

Victor will vow to do everything in his power to protect his family.

You can bet Victor will be willing to play dirty if it means getting Ashland out of Victoria’s life for good.

Victor will try to take charge of the situation and make one last powerplay to fix this, but he’ll eventually reach a tough decision along with Nikki.

It sounds like Victoria will prove stubborn enough that her family will have to accept this outcome for now.

Nikki may not want to hold the CEO position alone – and she definitely won’t want to partner up with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman).

That could lead to Victor putting Adam back in charge and having no choice but to steer Newman Enterprises in a new direction.

As Diane and Phyllis’ feud threatens to get even worse, Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) will hope to prevent a blowup.

Summer will discuss the trouble with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) before they turn to Jack for help, so we’ll see if Jack advises them on the Phyllis and Diane drama – or perhaps something else.

While Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) prepares for the merger launch party and tries to get more comfortable with sharing control, Lily’s rage will explode.

That’ll be Billy’s fault, so he may cross the line on his podcasts again and push Lily to her limit.

Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) has been trying to downplay her concerns about Imani Benedict (Leigh-Ann Rose), but those will soon grow stronger.

Imani is obviously pursuing Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and hoping to steal him for herself, so Elena will take stock of the competition soon enough.

Over with Chelsea, she’ll form an unexpected alliance with someone on canvas.

If Chelsea needs someone she can mourn with, Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) would be a great option as Rey’s grieving GCPD partner.

Chance misses Rey, but he’s coping far better than Chelsea and could potentially help her find a better path to healing.
