The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for the week of March 14-18 teases that Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will get some shocking news while Lauren Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) makes a disturbing discovery. Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will also spar over some stunning medical evidence, so here’s what Y&R fans can expect.
Lily will receive stunning updates, but will they involve business or something more personal? It’s possible Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) will take changing his mind a step further and see no reason to wait on their merger.
Then again, there could be some unexpected podcast project hurdle or something else that causes corporate drama.
There’s even a chance Devon will mention Amanda Sinclair’s (Mishael Morgan) question about sole custody of Dominic Newman-Abbott-Winters-Chancellor (Rainn and River Ware). It would certainly shock Lily if Devon actually started to contemplate that idea.
Whatever the case, Lily will indeed have a shocker to wrap her head around. Nate will struggle with some bombshells as well, so look for him to ponder a suspicious X-ray and medical records that don’t point to chemo treatments.
Ashland will shut down the notion that Nate has come up with real evidence against him but Nate will tell him that he doesn’t have cancer.
Ashland will suggest Nate’s made some sort of blunder, but Nate will know he’s looking at proof that Ashland faked his cancer.
In an effort to save himself, Ashland will take an intimidating turn.
Ashland will suggest Nate will regret it if he dares to share anything about him not having cancer with Victoria Newman-Locke (Amelia Heinle) or anyone else for that matter.
Nate will keep his cool as Ashland threatens to blow up his career and ruin his reputation. He’ll go with Newman loyalty since the facts are on his side and Victoria truly needs his help.
Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will tackle a difficult decision, so that may be due to Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) request.
Victor will pressure Nick to speak with Victoria and help her understand that Ashland is a scoundrel, but there’s always the risk of alienating Victoria even further.
Nevertheless, Nick will speak with Victoria and try once more to help her understand the situation.
Nick will note that Victoria is in the midst of struggling with what to believe about Ashland, so that’ll just make Nate’s role in all this even more important.
Nate may be Victor’s best shot at convincing Victoria due to his medical expertise.
Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) will give Nate a push toward the best choice he can make – and that’s telling the truth about what he’s learned.
Victor will get his most incriminating proof yet while Lauren faces some news that leaves her deeply troubled.
That news will involve Michael, so it’s possible Lauren will find out for sure that her husband is being held against his will.
Lauren may get the full scoop on the Ashland dilemma and worry Michael will become a bargaining chip in this Newman-Locke battle.
There’ll also be some family problems out in Los Angeles after Jack meets Allie Nguyen (Kelsey Wang) and introduces himself to his granddaughter.
Once Allie rejects the chance to get to know Jack, she’ll also reject the necklace Jack gave her grandmother one Christmas.
Allie won’t want to feel like she’s going against Keemo Nguyen’s (Philip Moon) wishes, but she should soften toward Jack sooner or later.
Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will help Jack navigate all the complications, so she could be pivotal when it comes to opening Allie’s heart.
Jack will soon have more hope for a relationship with Allie.
It’s also time for the NCAA Basketball Tournament, so March Madness will bring some preemptions as usual.
Y&R won’t air new episodes on Thursday, March 17 or Friday, March 18, but the show will return with all your favorite storylines during the week of March 21-25.
