The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the week of May 2-6 tease that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will land back in Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) arms while Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) future becomes a factor. Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) will also deliver a plea to Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), so there’ll be some big things happening in Genoa City.
First, Billy will go against Lily Winters’ (Christel Khalil) warning and serve as Victoria’s protector. It’s a familiar role for Billy and one he never minds playing.
Victoria could use somebody to lean on as she continues to cope with the crash, Rey Rosales’ (Jordi Vilasuso) death and all the pain Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) set in motion.
Billy will no doubt embrace Victoria and console her with some heartfelt words.
There’s always going to be a powerful connection between Victoria and Billy, so having him in her corner should help her feel better – even if Lily disapproves of the exes getting so close.
As for Adam and Sally, they’ll discuss where their relationship stands. Sally and Adam may want to define their romance a bit more as they look to the future.
Whatever the case, the future could be bright if Adam and Sally stay on the right path!
Next, Rey Rosales’ (Jordi Vilasuso) body is being sent to Miami for his funeral and burial, but Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) and Rey’s other loved ones will still acknowledge his passing back in Genoa City.
It looks like Rey’s life will be remembered with a mini memorial service at Sharon’s house, but she still may not truly let herself grieve.
Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa Porter’s (Cait Fairbanks) wedding is coming up soon, so Sharon will continue to throw herself into planning for their big day.
It’s just a matter of time before Sharon finally crashes and lets her true emotions out, but that may have to wait until after Tessa and Mariah tie the knot.
Other Y&R spoilers say Kyle will struggle with his emotions after coming face to face with Diane again.
Diane will beg for a chance to make up for her mistakes and prove her love to Kyle, but he may warn that it won’t be that simple.
Kyle will feel like his life’s been blown apart, so he’ll need some time to figure out if he can forgive Diane for faking her death.
Although Diane will make progress with Kyle, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will suspect there’s more to her old enemy’s shady agenda.
Now that Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) has seen her old foe, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will want to have a reunion of his own with Diane at some point.
Victor will always stand strong against any threat he’s facing, but Diane will keep insisting she’s a changed woman.
No one’s really buying that considering Diane’s history, so it’ll be interesting to see what tricks are up her sleeve!
