The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers preview for the week of May 30 to June 3 teases that Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) will rip into Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) while Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) plots to cut out Harrison Locke’s (Kellen Enriquez) other dad.
At Crimson Lights, Ashland will spot Sharon and approach her to offer his condolences regarding Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso).
When Ashland tries to convey how sorry he is, Sharon will push him to save it.
It turns out Sharon will have a few things to get off her chest instead.
Since the autopsy confirmed Rey died of a heart attack, Sharon’s criticism of Ashland may be more about his cancer lie.
As a cancer survivor herself, Sharon will want to put Ashland on full blast for pretending he had such a serious illness especially since she is a breast cancer survivor.
When it comes to Ashland’s New Hope donation in honor of Rey, Sharon wasn’t blown away by that either.
Although Sharon supported the idea of Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) taking the money, she might call Ashland out on his attempt to get back on Victoria’s good side.
Sharon may hope that Victoria has truly wised up since no one deserves the treatment Ashland put her through.
At Society, Y&R spoilers say Victor will meet with Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) to discuss a new plan.
Just in case Harrison really is what’s keeping Ashland in town, Victor will want to eliminate that connection.
Since Summer obviously has some sway with her husband, Victor will urge her to have Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) restrict all visitation rights between Harrison and Ashland.
The goal will be to sever all ties between Ashland and Harrison completely.
Summer should agree that Ashland is a bad influence and has no business being around Harrison, but she still won’t want to pressure Kyle.
Ever since Summer and Kyle came home, the show’s made a big deal about Summer respecting his decisions and not trying to influence him.
That said, Victor has a special bond with his granddaughter– and Summer herself has wished Ashland would just leave.
We’ll see if Victor can convince Summer to make an exception and give Kyle a nudge toward cutting Ashland out legally.
Kyle might end up torn about that once he cools down about the cancer deception, especially since Harrison still calls Ashland “Father” and adores him.
Ripping that bond away permanently might be something Kyle has to put some serious thought into.
There’ll also be some trouble between Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman).
After Phyllis flaunts her romance with Jack in front of Diane, Jack will wonder if Phyllis set this up somehow.
Phyllis will question if Jack genuinely thinks she’d plan them getting off the elevator when Diane arrived at the hotel.
Jack just won’t get what Phyllis’ angle is, so he’ll ask if she’s trying to impress Diane or perhaps marking her territory.
Of course, Phyllis may act like Jack is overreacting, but she also won’t want Diane thinking she’s anything less than confident in her relationship – even if that’s clearly not true!
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Diane is already causing friction between Jack and Phyllis, so don’t miss what she does next.
