The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) might return for May sweeps, so Diane Jenkins’ (Susan Walters) accomplice could get dragged into more drama. Although Diane decided to fake her death, Deacon is the one who made it possible.
If it hadn’t been for sneaky Deacon’s help, Diane might never have been able to start the new life she wanted.
Of course, that means Deacon deserves some blame for all the pain that Diane’s phony demise caused.
Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) was just a kid at the time, so he was absolutely shattered by the loss of his mother.
There was also a whole murder investigation involving a ton of people, so Deacon could have plenty of enemies if he comes back to Genoa City.
Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) has spent years thinking she killed Diane in self-defense, but that’s obviously not the case since Diane is alive and well in GC again.
On the April 25 Y&R episode, Nikki will find out Diane is back and learn from Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) that Deacon gave her a big assist on faking her death.
Y&R spoilers say Nikki will seethe over that “son of a bitch!”
Nikki will definitely be fuming – and you can bet Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will be even angrier over Deacon’s role in all this.
Deacon presumably doesn’t know Diane has decided to reclaim her life, so it’d be easy for Victor to lure him into a trap.
Maybe Deacon could be summoned back to Genoa City under the guise of something else – only to realize he’s there to get grilled and face Victor’s wrath.
Victor might even hope Deacon can supply dirt and help get Diane out of all their lives.
Regardless, Deacon’s name has come up repeatedly since he was such a crucial part of Diane’s plan.
It’d be a shame if Deacon didn’t show up to tell his side of the story.
Naturally, there’s also a chance Diane could turn to Deacon for a new favor.
Trouble tends to follow Diane wherever she goes, so she won’t be able to avoid it for too long.
If Diane lands in a tight spot, she might rely on Deacon just like she did before.
There would be some great ways to use Deacon if this B&B character hopped back to Y&R – particularly during May sweeps since that’s an excellent time for fun returns.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Deacon could find chaos waiting for him in Genoa City, so let’s hope The Bold and the Beautiful will do a crossover and loan him for a while.
