The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that we have to ask: Will a heart attack kill Ashland Locke (Robert Newman)? Will it be a fatal mistake to fight back against the great Victor Newman (Eric Braeden)?
After Victor proves Ashland paid to falsify his medical records, the jig will be up.
Ashland obviously never had lung cancer and didn’t receive any real treatment in Peru.
As much as Victor would love an epic public takedown, that’s not good for the company and it’s especially not good for Victoria Newman-Locke (Amelia Heinle).
Victor won’t want to add to Victoria’s pain by making this harder than it has to be.
Victor will push Ashland to at least admit what he did, but he’ll settle for total banishment as payback.
Victor would like to do far worse, but he’ll think the best solution is for Ashland to just leave town and never return.
Since Ashland won’t listen and will continue scheming, we have to wonder what true fate awaits him.
Prison is always an option, but the most poetic justice would be for Ashland to actually die!
Y&R fans will recall how Victor refused to call 911 when Ashland was having a heart attack.
Victor forced Ashland to sign the Cyaxares contract first and make their deal official.
That likely led to Ashland’s revenge and this whole plan to fake an illness that could’ve killed him.
Of course, we have to acknowledge that Ashland’s heart issue was very real.
It’s easy to imagine Ashland getting all worked up and having another heart attack at some point.
Ashland will try to keep Victoria in his corner, but it looks like she’ll eventually see that Ashland is a liar to the core.
Once Victoria unleashes her wrath, Ashland might clutch his chest in pain – especially since part of him does seem to love her despite all the deception.
It’d be great if Victoria could prove she’s her father’s daughter by letting Ashland suffer.
Victoria might be angry enough to just let Ashland die on the floor of her office!
Ashland has pulled the wool over Victoria’s eyes for far too long, so it’s time for him to pay.
Will a heart attack kill Ashland and end the character permanently?
