Roby is speaking to Greg Saunders, he says she gets her night shift manager back, Claudia’s maternity leave is up, it will be his last day. Roby gets a message, she has to go see a psychologist because of the bomb blast last week. They hear our voices and run to the door. In the hallway, there is Gene Farrow, full of blood with a machete in his hand and her calling for Allie, eh says she has to help him, he didn’t – he gets knocked down.

In an interrogation room, Gene gets put into clean clothes, then he sits down and Serena asks him what is going on. He says he doesn’t remember much, there was a break in at his great-aunt’s house, they wore masks, they wanted to rob her, they wanted the combination to her safe and he didn’t know it so they started hurting them to get it.

His aunt couldn’t remember it, and he didn’t know it. He came to an hour ago, he was so woozy, he thinks they may have drugged him, there is so much that he can’t remember. He says he lives with his aunt, his whole fell apart after he was arrested. He needs help finding his great-aunt, he doesn’t know where they took her.

The team heads to the great-aunt’s home and there are cobwebs everywhere. There are signs of a breaking, torture and a missing aunt. But outside, they find the woman, she is dead and in a wheelchair, she has the same type of wounds as Gene does. Beau asks Allie, does she think Gene is telling the truth or he did this.

Serena speaks to people who attended a party that One was having at his house, they drank, feasted and watched movies. One of the guests, Patricia, has a phone full of photos. They were all surprised when Gene wheeled his great-aunt in to meet them.

There is a reason why none of the guests can remember much, the punch was spiked. Allie is with Josh going over some evidence, he tells her that he is worried about his mother, she is not returning his calls.

The great-aunt has dents in her bones, Josh thinks she was crushed.

So far, Gene’s story is checking out. Chris thinks that maybe when the party was over, maybe two guests double back.

One of the guests, Shelly Walker, had blood under her nails that belongs to Gene. Allie and Serena head over to see her, they bust open her door and aside it is all clear, but a window is open, she must have snuck out.

Allie tells Robyn they have a prime suspect, Shelly Walker, but they just can’t find her. They are now trying to find out what made the dents in the great-aunt’s legs.

In the lab, the great-aunt’s body is marbeling, like part of her body was submersed under water. The liquid in her cells test negative for GHB, positive for fish oil, peanut oil, turmeric and Alzheimer’s medication, the same gunk found on her bath mat. Josh thinks whatever was done to her, was done in the bathtub, so the team heads out there.

Allie finds a piece of bubblegum, they grab it for evidence. In Gene’s bedroom, Chris finds some polyester. Allie looks around and finds that a stuffed creature in his room has a whole near the eye, Allie does a little digging and finds a bottle of Alzheimer’s medication in the name of Robert Walker, Shelly’s last name is walker. Beau finds some old weights in the closet, they think they were used to put the great-aunt under water. Allie thinks she was put in hot water to alter the time of death.

Allie and Serena go back to speak to Gene, Allie says she never knows when he is telling the truth, but this is all about the evidence. Serena tells Gene that his great-aunt was already dead 24 hours before the party. Gene tried something he saw in a movie to try to get his great-aunt to remember the combination to the safe, he put her in the hot water and that is how she died.

Although Allie thinks Shelly Walker helped him, he admits it but says that Shelly is not at fault and his great-aunt was mean. He says he did not mean to kill her, that was an accident. Serena puts handcuffs on him, she says his biggest mistake was that he stepped outside his genre.

Josh goes to his mom’s house to see if everything is ok, Jeanette comes to the door, she is fine. She says she got his messaged, she tells him that she is made about October 12th, it came and went and he didn’t call. He asks why, so they could reminisce about all the great times they didn’t have with his dad. He says he is sorry and hugs her, then he sees a mark on her arm and asks if she is using again. She gets angry and runs inside, and tells him to go home.

Elsewhere, the little bit of therapy that Robyn got worked to some degree, she is going to take some of the load off herself and promote someone on he team.

THE END!
