Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the next two weeks, August 7 to August 18, reveal that Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) will respond to Xander Cook’s (Paul Telfer) proposal with trepidation while Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) faces a new marriage offer from EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel). The week of August 7-11 will definitely bring plenty of potential pre-wedding surprises.
Eric Brady (temporarily played by Jason Gerhardt) is also gearing up for a more romantic proposal now that he actually has a ring for Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty). Sloan should give Eric a more enthusiastic response this time around!
Once Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) shows up and discovers Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) is carrying Xander Cook’s (Paul Telfer) baby, Sarah will face an unexpected proposal as well.
Days spoilers say Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) will pop the question and try to convince Sarah they can live happily ever after.
Rex may think they should have to tie the knot and tackle Xander as a married couple.
At Bayview, Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) will lash out at Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) when they cross paths as patients there.
Whether Ava actually knows Harris or not, she’ll claim to recognize him and will blow her top.
Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) might witness Ava launching a physical confrontation since she’ll see something surprising when she arrives.
Regardless, Ava will be sedated and will actually start to connect with Harris once she calms down.
Meanwhile, Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) will fret over the fate of her bakery.
Clint Rawlings (Grayson Berry) is the acting mayor of Salem – and he warned Chanel that he’d shut Sweet Bits down if there were any other incidents.
It seems likely Clint will find some excuse to close the bakery’s doors, so Chanel may worry that it’ll be for good this time!
However, Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) will step up to support Chanel, so they’ll share a tender moment during his pep talk.
Back with Chloe, she’ll be taken aback when Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) corners her for a shocking kiss.
The surprises will keep coming for Chloe, who’ll get caught in a faceoff with Belle Brady (Martha Madison) soon after.
Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) will also get Yuri Kasnov (Josh Flagg) back to Salem for a business meeting, which will somehow lead to the exposure of a betrayal.
Days spoilers say Stephanie will find out Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) went behind her back to warn Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) away from her, so she’ll throw a drink in his face and explode with anger.
During the week of August 14-18, there’ll be concerns about Victor Kiriakis’ (John Aniston) plane going off course.
Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) will spread some grim news, so that may involve the missing Titan jet.
Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) will grow concerned about his grandfather’s fate, especially since Victor was on a trip to visit Bo Brady (Peter Reckell) at his facility.
Sadly, Days spoilers confirm Victor will pass away in a plane crash, so Shawn will blame himself since his actions led to Bo’s coma and ultimately put Victor on that jet.
While Shawn spins out again, Xander will deal with some guilt of his own. Although Xander planned to make amends when Victor came home, he’ll never get that chance now.
Xander will end up having a heated showdown with Brady, so that could be partly about Chloe and partly about all the angry grief they’ll both face.
As for Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow), she’ll make a stunning discovery after everyone gets updates on Victor’s fate.
We know Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) will return to Salem, so he may surprise Kate once he’s released from his mental facility. Philip will show up to mourn the loss of his father as Victor’s funeral looms.
Next, Abe Carver (James Reynolds) will try to take over as the mayor again, but he’ll run into some hurdles since he still has amnesia.
Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) will cook up a plan with Abe’s help, so that might involve overriding Clint’s previous decision and reopening Sweet Bits.
Back with Johnny, he’ll pour his heart out to Chanel and admit his true feelings. Johnny may confess that he’s never stopped loving Chanel and wants her back.
On Dimitri von Leuschner’s (Peter Porte) honeymoon, he’ll struggle with some curveballs.
Dimitri’s attempt to play the part of Gwen Rizczech’s (Emily O’Brien) devoted husband will be harder than he expected.
It looks like Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) may end up crashing that honeymoon since Gwen’s going to make a stunning discovery.
Finally, Susanne Rogers will celebrate her 50th DOOL anniversary, so Maggie will take a walk down memory lane.
