Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the next two weeks, July 31 to August 11, reveal that there’ll be one final round of wedding drama at the DiMera mansion. The week of July 31-August 4 will bring Leo Stark’s (Greg Rikaart) attempt to stop Gwen Rizczech’s (Emily O’Brien) marriage to Dimitri von Leuschner (Peter Porte), but it’ll ultimately be a flop.
Gwen will marry Dimitri anyway, so he’ll officially have a wife just in time for his 40th birthday deadline.
That means Dimitri can expect to receive the fortune he’s owed – but only if he can make this marriage look legit!
As for Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) and Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash), they’ll gladly say their vows and enjoy a private post-wedding celebration.
At the hospital, Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) will adjust the genetic results so that EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) looks like the bio dad of Nicole Walker’s (Arianne Zucker) baby.
Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) is actually the father, but Sloan will go to great lengths to keep that news under wraps. Things will get tricky after Nicole catches Sloan with the results and later blabs to Eric.
Although Sloan will come up with a cover story, she’ll still feel like Eric’s getting suspicious.
At one point, Sloan will nearly confess her secret to Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) before getting called away.
That’ll give Sloan time to rethink that confession, but Melinda will figure it out anyway and realize Sloan must be hiding the fact that Eric is Nicole’s “baby daddy.”
Back with Eric, he’ll deliver a proposal that fails to impress Sloan. Eric might halfheartedly ask Sloan to marry him and leave her feeling like he’s not excited about building a life together.
Speaking of marriage offers, Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) will have one for Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) when he whips out an engagement ring on bended knee.
In court, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) will face an unexpected custody outcome, so look for the judge’s decision to throw them both for a loop.
Once Abe Carver (James Reynolds) returns home, Days spoilers say Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) will encourage him to look around and see if anything seems familiar.
Sadly, Abe still won’t remember Paulina or the home they share, so she’ll be frustrated despite the positive attitude she tries to maintain around him.
Since Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) will have a showdown with Talia Hunter (Aketra Sevillian), it sounds like Chanel may take some of her anger over the Abe situation out on her.
Meanwhile, Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) will wake up to a shocker since Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) will somehow land in his bed.
Leo will be lonely once Dimitri’s spending more time with Gwen after the wedding, so this situation with Tripp may be a fully clothed drunken debacle.
You can bet Tripp won’t be happy about waking up to the sight of Leo right next to him!
Nicole will also deliver some stunning news before receiving some as well. That could involve the truth about the genetic testing results if Sloan’s attempt to doctor them falls apart.
Dr. Sorenson (Lisagayle Tomlinson) could easily figure out some red flags where this doesn’t add up.
Since Nicole will know Sloan had the results earlier, it won’t be hard to connect the dots.
It’s also possible Nicole will find out about Xander popping the question to Chloe, who’ll probably give her bestie updates on that pretty soon.
At Bayview, Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) will cross paths with Eve Donovan (Kassie DePaiva) at Bayview and apologize for how horribly he treated her when they were teens.
Days spoilers say Eve won’t hold it against Harris in the end since she’s doing much better and finding a sense of purpose in her recovery.
During the week of August 7-11, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will spot a shocking sight during her own visit to Bayview.
That could involve Harris bonding with Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) since they’ll indeed hit it off as friends.
Next, DOOL fans can expect Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) to return to his job at the Salem PD. Shawn’s suspension will be over, but will he be able to avoid the temptation of alcohol?
Although Shawn has been getting the help he needs, there could still be some bumps in the road – especially since he’ll still feel so guilt-ridden over what happened to Bo Brady (Peter Reckell).
Other Days spoilers say Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) will make an unexpected discovery. It looks like Maggie will uncover Sarah Horton’s (Linsey Godfrey) pregnancy secret, so she’ll want some answers.
Later, Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) will make a pitch to Sarah, so he might have a new plan to handle all the Xander bio dad drama that’s on the verge of erupting.
Over with Gwen, she’ll suspect that Leo is keeping something from her.
Gwen might assume this has something to do with Leo’s mysterious new lover and become determined to learn more about “MP.”
Of course, “MP” is actually Dimitri, so Gwen could set herself up for heartbreak if she keeps digging.
Across town, Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) will get Yuri Kasnov (Josh Flagg) back in Salem for a new proposal, but that’ll lead to more conflict between Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson).
Days of Our Lives spoilers say a fight is brewing between Stephanie and Chad as a result, so stay tuned.
