Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers preview video for the week of December 25-29 reveals that Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) will have a change of heart and attend the Kiriakis holiday gathering with Theresa Donovan (Emily O’Brien).
Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) will also be in attendance, so Theresa will feel guilty for her part in the awkwardness between Alex and his dad.
Although Justin really is Alex’s biological father, they now believe Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) is Alex’s bio dad instead.
That’s due to Theresa’s scheme with Konstantin Meleounis (John Kapelos), so Days spoilers say she’ll battle some regrets and worry about keeping all her dirty work under wraps.
Since this is the first Christmas since Victor passed away, Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) will be grateful that they could all come together like this – just like Victor would want.
The tension will thaw between Maggie and Alex at the celebration, which Xander Cook (Paul Telfer), Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) will attend as well.
Although Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) has a terrible diagnosis coming up, she’ll still help Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) make Christmas special for the kids at the hospital.
Other Days spoilers say Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) will try to patch things up with Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun), who ended their romance after his confession about what happened with Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein).
Harris regrets kissing Stephanie, but the rest of their night together was completely innocent.
It was just a case of Harris trying to help Stephanie after she got way too drunk.
Of course, Ava used that situation as an excuse to push Harris away, but he’s too smitten to give up without a fight.
Although Ava is trying to keep her distance from Harris to protect him from Clyde Weston (James Read), he obviously doesn’t understand that.
Days spoilers say Harris will deliver a necklace as a gift and call Ava beautiful, so he’ll turn on the charm and try to get their romantic future back on track.
Over with Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis), she’ll tackle a doozy of a hangover.
Once Nicole Walker-DiMera (Arianne Zucker) realizes Holly has overindulged, it looks like she’ll take her daughter out to breakfast and try to help her power through.
Nicole and Holly will end up sitting at a table with Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan), who’ll have Jude Brady with him in the town square.
When Sloan Petersen-Brady (Jessica Serfaty) spots the gang in a sweet moment together, she’ll seem alarmed.
Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) will push Sloan’s buttons by highlighting how they look like a perfect little family!
Later, Holly will apologize to Tate Black (Jamie Martin Mann) over their botched date and suggest that if she were in his shoes, she’d never give her another chance.
Tate will wonder if Holly’s asking for one, so that’ll lead to their first date do-over on New Year’s Eve.
In DOOL’s weekly preview video, Tate repeatedly tells Holly “wow” over her dress for the evening before Nicole points out that he’s said that already.
