Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers preview video for the week of January 1-5 reveals that Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) and John Black (Drake Hogestyn) will have a quiet New Year’s Eve at home while Nicole DiMera (Arianne Zucker) and EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) do the same.
Although Nicole will try to stay positive about 2024, all her hopes and dreams will come crashing down in one terrible moment.
Some tragic news is about to upend Nicole’s world once again, so let’s talk about what’s ahead.
After Tate Black (Jamie Martin Mann) gets some medical help for Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis), Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) will call to inform Nicole about an incident at The Bistro.
Once Rafe reveals that Holly suffered a drug overdose, Nicole will frantically tell EJ that they have to get to the hospital.
Days spoilers say EJ and Nicole will hop out of bed as they race to see if Holly’s going to be OK.
“We don’t even know yet if she’s gonna pull through,” Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) angrily warns Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) and Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) in DOOL’s weekly preview video.
Stefan and Ava will face plenty of questions about Holly’s ordeal as suspicions swirl about The Bistro’s drug operation involvement.
Of course, Tate will get tangled up in all the police drama, so that’ll derail Theresa Donovan’s (Emily O’Brien) night with Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) and get Brady Black’s (Eric Martsolf) attention, too.
After Brady urges Tate to tell him what happened, a cop will appear and catch Tate holding the pill bag that Holly scored.
“Hand over the bag,” the officer warns in Days’ weekly promo, which leaves Tate looking dumbfounded with Brady standing next to him.
Although Brady will initially try to take the fall, Tate will later insist should be the one arrested instead.
While Holly fights to survive, there’ll be a very different vibe in Johnny DiMera’s (Carson Boatman) bedroom at the DiMera mansion.
Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) will be nervous about taking things to the next level with Johnny again, but he’ll insist she never has to be nervous around him.
Days spoilers say Johnny and Chanel will spend the whole night making love, so they won’t have a clue about Holly’s tragedy unfolding.
At Paulina Price’s (Jackée Harry) apartment, her attempt to reconnect with Abe Carver (James Reynolds) in the bedroom won’t go nearly as well.
It seems Abe won’t be able to perform, so he’ll awkwardly apologize to Paulina the next morning.
