Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Monday, April 24, reveals that Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) showed up in Greece and learned from Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) that Bo Brady (Peter Reckell) was alive.
Although Shawn struggled to believe it at first, Harris eventually convinced him it was true.
Harris admitted he lied to Hope Williams Brady (Kristian Alfonso) about not seeing anyone at Victor Kiriakis’ (John Aniston) childhood home because he was afraid of losing her.
Shawn was furious about that and even more furious when he found out Harris put Hope in danger.
Since Bo had been brainwashed, Shawn lashed out at Harris for not going with her to the villa.
While Shawn rushed off to find Hope on Monday’s Days episode, Harris headed to the lab where Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) was being held following Stephanie Johnson’s (Abigail Klein) SOS text.
After Kayla filled Stephanie and Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) on all the Bo drama, they were about to leave and rescue Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) when the door opened.
It turns out Thomas Banks (Eileen Davidson) had bribed his way out of police custody, so he came to get the prisms and revenge on Chad.
Thomas threatened to shoot off Chad’s earlobe, but Harris showed up before he had the chance.
Once Harris put the baddie in a chokehold, Thomas fell to the floor unconscious.
Next on Monday’s Days episode, Hope got emotional as she pulled Bo into a hug and wondered if this was real.
Hope was glad to have Bo back, but he admitted he didn’t want her.
Although Hope was confused, Bo insisted on building a new empire like Victor and couldn’t be the man he used to be.
Hope found out Steve was in the cellar and wanted to free him, but Bo pulled a gun on Hope and insisted Steve was staying put.
As for Hope, Bo snapped that she was coming with him and led her to the edge of a cliff.
Hope wondered what they were doing there, but Bo declared that this was the end of the line.
Since Bo felt he couldn’t be the man he was supposed to be with Hope in the world, he planned to kill her.
Bo pointed his gun at Hope, who made a passionate speech about their love for each other.
Once Bo faced a flood of romantic “Bope” memories on Monday’s DOOL show, he called out to “Fancy Face” as he remembered their powerful bond.
Unfortunately, Shawn arrived at the scene and thought Hope was still in danger, so he fired a shot at Bo.
Hope screamed as Bo fell to the ground unconscious with a bullet wound.
After Steve escaped captivity by digging through the stone and unlocking the door, he got caught up in all the action by the cliff as well.
Back in Salem on Monday’s Days episode, Andrew Donovan (Colton Little) explained why he believed Megan Hathaway’s (Miranda Wilson) story about Bo being alive.
Andrew also admitted that Bo seemingly shot Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow), but Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) struggled to wrap his head around that news.
Roman wanted to get answers from Megan himself, but Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) drove him home to get some rest for now.
That gave John Black (Drake Hogestyn) a chance to have hot cocoa with Andrew, who worried about Harris now that Bo was back.
It seemed like a future with Hope was the only thing that really made Harris hopeful about a new chapter, so Andrew had encouraged him.
John insisted Andrew couldn’t blame himself and got updates on Andrew giving things another try in his relationship with Paul Narita (Christopher Sean), so he was pleased about that.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say John will face another round of shockers after all the latest chaos in Greece, so stick with DOOL.
