Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Monday, March 20, reveals that Hope Williams Brady (Kristian Alfonso) got the info she needed and headed to the ISA PsyOps facility on her own. That’s where Hope pushed for a private meeting with Harris Michaels (Steve Burton), who was locked in a glass enclosure after sending three different agents to the hospital.
Hope wanted to look Harris in the eye and convince him to cooperate, so she gave it her best shot.
Harris tried to act like he didn’t want help and that he just said whatever he needed to say to mitigate his punishment.
However, Hope didn’t believe that and acknowledged that there were real feelings between them before it all went south due to Megan Hathaway’s (Miranda Wilson) programming.
Harris gripped Hope’s neck at one point and said he could snap it in an instant, but Hope knew he wasn’t going to.
Once Hope reminded Harris that they were both Megan’s victims, she suggested that Megan was still doing damage.
Harris claimed he didn’t care about Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans), Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow) or Marlena Evans’ (Deidre Hall) deaths, but Hope wanted to help Harris get back to being a hero and pushed him to do this for her.
Soon after, Harris agreed to undergo treatment and cooperate with the doctor this time around.
At the pub on Monday’s Days episode, John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) brought Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) up to speed on all the latest news following their flight home.
On the way out, a storm rolled in as John heard Marlena begging him not to give up on her. John seemed taken aback, but then he decided it was just the wind.
At Megan’s facility on Monday’s DOOL show, Bo Brady (Peter Reckell) insisted he should take Kate outside to kill her since it could get messy.
Megan approved of the idea, so Bo ultimately led Katie outside like he planned.
However, Kate appealed to Bo and knew the real him would hate this version of himself.
After reminding Bo of the love he had for his children, Kate didn’t think he’d shoot Chelsea Brady’s (Rachel Melvin) grandmother like this.
Kate also felt that the real Bo wouldn’t just follow Megan’s orders, so Bo seemed agitated and torn as he contemplated whether to shoot her.
Back inside, Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) was about to tell Kayla and Marlena who the mystery patient was, but Megan interrupted.
That led to Megan hinting about Kate not cooperating and acting like she was facing a different fate now.
Once Marlena was alone with Kayla, she reassured her about Kate being able to talk her way out of trouble.
Kayla and Marlena also hoped that if they could find the person who’d been in the other chamber, that person could help them escape.
Next on Monday’s Days episode, Megan talked to Dr. Rolf about her Bo problems.
Although Dr. Rolf successfully eliminated Bo’s feelings for Hope through brainwashing, the spark he used to share with Megan was gone.
Megan insisted she could fix things with Bo if they were young and in love again.
That’s why Dr. Rolf needed to develop a new serum, which would reverse the aging process.
It would essentially offer Megan and Bo the fountain of youth, so Megan looked forward to another chance with her high school sweetheart.
Some Days flashbacks helped explain all this and showed that Bo followed Megan’s every order like a loyal soldier – including when he snuck back to Salem and stole the orchid for the serum.
After Megan and Dr. Rolf heard a gunshot, they assumed Kate was dead.
Bo met back up with Megan and let her know the deed was done, but he surprised her by insisting he was done taking orders from her.
